Incredibly friendly and considerate staff! I ordered the philly sandwich with gluten free bread (so grateful they even have the option!) and they made sure to warn me it would be really messy to get that specific sandwich with gf bread, so I ordered one that worked better. Very grateful for the heads-up! She was even considerate enough to ask if it was a severe allergy . The turkey melt was really tasty and fresh, and the soup of the day (chipotle carrot) was delicious! I loved the crunch of the potato chips in the sandwich

The B.L.O.T. was delicious! It had a nice balance of fattiness and tanginess. The bacon on it was tough and difficult to bite through, almost like it was dry/old? Were it not for that the sandwich would be a 5/5. Hopefully it was an off day.

This new sandwich shop in Woodbine Food Hall in Salt Lake City is legit my new go to sandwich place up here! I had their Grilled Kimcheese last week and I’m still dreaming about it (spaced on taking a picture because I didn’t even take a breath between bites so made sure I got a pic the second time around). I’ll also say if you aren’t usually a kimchi person, don’t let that ingredient scare you because it’s delicious. Today, I had the B.L.O.T. and was equally impressed with that sandwich. The Hot Philly Pork tastes like a classic american meal wrapped into a sandwich with a spicy twist (there is some actual spice so if you’re a spice person, get this and if you’re not just ask for the chili oil on the side). Truly doesn’t seem like you can go wrong with the food here. The atmosphere is casual, clean, and spacious. Plenty of sitting options and the staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. Absolutely recommend this place and can’t wait to be back for another grilled kimcheese.

In regards to the food I’m going to let my photo do the heavy lifting that my words cannot. I ordered the BLOT and it was divine. Absolutely one of a kind and filled with amazing flavor. The pickled tomato and pepper Mayo add so much richness. Just the perfect sandwich. Awesome people running the show. Taylor is great. It’s just such a cool vibe and I want to go back asap to try the whole menu. Go now!

Got the burger with smoked yogurt as well as the hot philly pork. Holy. SMOKES!! this place is delicious. That smoked yogurt is next level tasty. Philly was amazing as well. Pork was extremely tender. 10/10. Will be returning for sure.
