Stopped in with friends and all of our food was excellent. The BBQ quesadilla with brisket was outstanding. It held together, had great flavor and they seemed to use the better cut of brisket. You know sometimes places just chop whatever is in front of them and plop it on a bun. This was well done! We tried all three desserts, all outstanding. The banana pudding was top tier. Mac and cheese was also good. Bailey handled our large group with ease and gave us great service!

5*. We went a few weeks ago and haven’t stopped talking about it since. By far the best bbq we have had. The menu had so many options! I am usually extremely picky and have a hard time with menus. The hardest part was picking just 1 thing. We had an appetizer and 2 dishes. Everything we ordered was delicious. The waitress was kind and helpful as we had never been before and asked for some feedback. We will absolutely be back.
Edit* we have been back several times since and tried several other dishes. All as great as the first!

This place was a lovely find! Very affordable prices and great flavor. 110% recommend the burnt ends and desserts, the ribs fell right off the bone. The smoked sausage was mid but everything else was great. Next time I’m in Knoxville I’m def coming back ❤️

I picked up a Togo order at the bar, the bartender was helpful and very kind! The naked wings are DELICIOUS! The okra could’ve been crispier but the flavor was really good! I’ve never been here before but I will definitely be coming back!

Got burnt ends, $10 for 1/4 lb alone, Was not good. Drenched in sauce, meat was rough and dry inside. Main reason i ate their was for the bbq, very dissapointed. Mac n cheese was just ok, was almost warm too, so was sitting a bit. Chick fila’s is much better. Onions were great, fried okra was fantastic. Cornbread was great, but kinda warm when came to table. So that sucks. Service fantastic. Overall was ok, probably will not come back, buddys bbq woulda been better.

1st thing I noticed was just how neat, clean, & tidy the place was. Ordered the brisket, smoked bologna, & beans with sausage. What I did to that plate of food would make Henry VIII blush. Great experience and I really appreciate how they’ve set the menu up so you can order particular portion sizes to try as many different things as possible. The very definition of wasted time is asking a DE BBQ server “What’s good?” Bee was an angel & made the experience great btw

It’s okay. Just Okay. The service was great. The food was a little off to me. I do like how they have the different customizable sauces on the table. The food is average. I was surprised that they didn’t have “pulled pork Mac n cheese.” That’s like a southern CLASSIC.
Also, everything is pimento cheese. INCLUDING the Mac n cheese. I don’t know the flavor was kind of off. I was a bit disappointed with the Mac and cheese to be honest. To rule out the pimento flavor I had to order a side of pulled pork barbecue, and then drizzle it with the sauce on the table. (To create a pulled pork mac & cheese.)
I was expecting so wild, blown away BBQ experience, but it wasn’t really like that.
The Cheese balls were a great Appetizer. I would recommend getting the mixed. The Food came out Hot. They do have Kid Options and High Chairs. It is Kid friendly. Very busy when we went.
The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms so that was a plus.
I do feel as if it’s a little overhyped a bit. I don’t know if I would go back. I think I would try other BBQ joints before I go back. Also it is a little bit pricey. To be honest, in my opinion, it’s not really worth what we paid. We paid $80.00+ for Two Meals, Appetizer and a PB&J sandwich for the little guy….
My Husband said it wasn’t that great and the food was kind of dry.
My recommendations:
– park more towards the back, parking in the front can be kind of sketchy with all the people coming in and out.
-get a variety of flavors for the cheeseballs if you’re doing that as an appetizer.
Pros:
-Good Service
– Parking
-clean bathrooms
-sauces on the table
Cons:
-loud and crowded
-pimento cheese kind of ruins everything!
-meat is not flavored
-kind of expensive
-my Husband said the food was kind of dry

So glad we found this BBQ joint on our way North on I-75! Convenient location.
Food was fantastic Southern BBQ- my bride and I shared Brisket, 5 sides and cornbread. Plenty of food for us to share.
Service was great, Riley our server was very helpful with her favorites on the menu and very attentive!
The only issue we had was the dining room was very cold and drafty near the door. The room we weren’t in seemed very comfortable but we were seated on the far side away from the bar.

Atmosphere was nice. There wasn’t many people inside on a Saturday night. The waiter offered him 2 sides with his meal, and when receiving the check, we realized the sides were À la carte and were charged for them. The waitress brought out our food in a big hurry and we also were given the incorrect sides. Everybody seemed like they were in a hurry. His 1/2 # pork plate tasted like turkey.

The burnt ends and banana pudding were the highlights for me. Definitely recommend. I also got the pulled chicken and the smoked sausage. The sausage was good, but I felt the chicken really required a generous amount of sauce.
The nac and cheese side was also great, would get again. However, the cole slaw was a bit funky, and not my favorite. Not sure why? It almost had a blue cheese flavor or something akin to that. I prefer a vinegar-based slaw, so may be just my preference.
The service was excellent, even with our quite large party, so kudos to her
