I had a great dining experience at De Palm Kitchen, located at 28 Princes Highway, Sylvania. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented.
We tried the beef noodle soup, which had a clear, rich broth and very tender beef. It tasted comforting and authentic, perfect for a warm meal.
We also ordered the steamed buns, which were soft and fluffy, filled with juicy meat, fresh vegetables, pickled carrots, and coriander. The combination of textures and flavours was amazing fresh, savoury.
The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and the food came out quickly. It’s a great place for a casual meal with friends or family.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for tasty Asian-style comfort food in the area. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing Vietnamese restaurant with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors, and you can truly feel the love and care put into every dish. This place is a little known gem. As good as any viet food ive had in Cabramatta or overseas. Husband and wife team, making all their sauces and meals from scratch. Wide variety on the menu and and often has one off dishes not commonly found in most viet restaurants. Bahn mi and combination vermicelli salads are pretty dam good.

Omg we were going to a different restaurant along this strip, but decided to go to De Palm Kitchen instead. Just absolutely amazing! The flavours of the food were amazing! You should definitely try it. Best food I’ve ever had. Healthy and greatest flavour. We got pho, rice paper rolls and lemon grass chicken. Omg the depth of flavours are kind of mind blowing. Service was great and atmosphere so calm and relaxing. What a little gem of a place.

Great tasting and fresh food, at a very reasonable price. Also offer delicious sugarcane juice and traditional tasting Vietnamese iced coffee. I only took a photo of half of it as I couldn’t stop drinking it. Very friendly and attentive staff We will definitely be coming back!

This is definitely our favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the area. The food is freshly made everyday, very flavorful and delicious. My partner and I tried mostly everything in the menu and we absolutely loved it !! Not only the food is good but the customer service is also very friendly and welcoming as well. Having just returned from Saigon I wanted to share the magic of Pho with my mother. I decided to take her here as it looked great on my Google search.
I wasn’t disappointed. The staff were very friendly and the food was fantastic. I’ll have to return to try the Banh Mi next time.
