Came in for a large birthday party and i will say service and setup was spectacular. Hanna is in at her job and gave amazing service to all of us. I get this place is all natural and homemade, but its a little pricey for what you get. I thought there was chicken definitely lacking in my pollo de la creama, though the flavor was amazing. The flour tortillas were my favorite part, i ate all 4. While they are in a league of their own in quality, its hard to justify in this market. I think if my entree was a little bit bigger it would be a 10/10. Maybe it was noticing the smaller portion since i didn’t eat any tortilla chips and salsa as there was a slight after taste.

Came in for a small gathering and had great service. Again, the food is just ok. I ordered off of their taco Tuesday menu. The burrito is huge and had good flavor. The queso is good but was warm at best. The chips were way better tasting this time, thinking they must have changed the oil. I think there are way better places to eat in town.

We are no stranger to De Leon’s but this was our first visit to the Hamilton location which was perfect since we were on our way to a GU game. Food was amazing! I had chimi’s and my lovely wife had the enchiladas.. we also got the beautifully put togther table side quac for the fresh chips…..
And the Margarita’s..WOW

Visit #2 Gal server was excellent I can’t remember her name. She was clearly a server for many years, more mature, Spanish speaking was her first language. I was impressed-!

I’m giving a 4 star for overall experience with this location. Usually spot on! However, I just had a 1 star experience. I ordered a shredded beef burrito a couple nights ago. I ate half that night and in the 1st half, I encountered a large, mushy, gelatinous blob of fat with a texture so bad, it ended my dinner. I reheated the 2nd half for din tonight, and same thing but much larger (almost half of the 2nd half consisted of this blob) and I gagged. Can’t eat the rest. I’ve encountered small bits of this in shredded beef before but this burrito had a ton of it and it ruined the whole dish. I won’t order it again. Other than that, you guys rock and Spokane loves you ❤️

Great service. Very friendly. Not so impressed with the food. At our table choices were chicken fajitas, shrimp tacos, holy tacos, kids chicken strips with fries. Holy tacos were enjoyed, fajitas were a little greasy but had a good flavor. The complimentary chips and salsa were not great. Chips were crushed with little to dip. The salsa not flavorful quite oniony. Restaurant was clean. Even got a thanks for coming in. Ask your server for their favorite before ordering.

It’s hard to go wrong with Mexican. Quality food in a modern inspired atmosphere. This location is relatively new, used to be another Mexican place here but De Leons expanded this location as well. There’s not a lot of off street parking. But it’s usually not an issue. It’s in the Gonzaga area so I’m sure it gets college foot traffic. I enjoy outside dining when the weather is nice so I’m glad they have a little patio here. They didn’t have the best coverage of parasols so be prepared to get some sun in your eyes depending on the time of day you’re eating. The food quality is good. No mind blowing flavors in my opinion but quality seasonings that you would expect from a Mexican place north of the border. It’s a place with consistently good food.

BEST Birria tacos EVER!!! SOOOO tender, moist and flavorful. My roomie got regular corn flour tacos and I got the Birria tacos. Melt in your mouth quality!!! I am a MOJITO FIEND and these mojitos were the BEST I’ve drunk in YEARS.

Our server, Celia was absolutely amazing! She greeted us with genuine kindness and hospitality, and was so sweet. During a time where the world feels so cruel and mean, she was such a breath of fresh air. And the margaritas are also delicious!

Came here with a party of 4 around 3 PM. We were seated right away. The rest of this is just my opinion – the salsa had way too much onion in it. That was the overpowering flavor. The chips were all broken like they came from the bottom of a bag. I ordered ground beef nachos. They were OK at the best. Very little ground beef was included. The chips were burnt and overall there was not much flavor. The tacos that someone else ordered were delish (according to him).
