I’m so glad I discovered this fabulous cafe near the Wilmington riverfront. They have the best soups, salads and sandwiches and especially their vegan bread! It’s crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and when dipped into their tomato bisque soup it’s sooo good, it’s addictive! This cafe is a MUST visit and worth a special trip into the city for one of the best lunches!

Oh wow! I ordered the all-inclusive meal for 15 people and they delivered. Not only was the delivery smooth and punctual, the food quality was amazing. The sandwiches and wraps were delicious and the salads were fresh! My customer whom I catered the food for, complimented how awesome the food was. DE Duck is definitely THE PLACE to go for awesome quality sandwiches and salads. So glad I found them. They from now on, will be MY GO TO caterer.

Love this place. The staff are all amazingly friendly and the variety of food is awesome for lunch. Check out the Turkey Rachel which is their riff on a Reuben and their shrimp corn chowder bisque which are my two go-to menu items. It can get busy but ordering via their website makes it a snap to grab and go.

This is a great breakfast and lunch spot, and they offer catering. The food came out quickly, correctly, and with enthusiasm. You may be able to go to many more expensive restaurants down here, but the food won’t be as good, and I doubt the service could be better. This is a real hidden gem and the people in Barclays are lucky to have a place like this just downstairs from their offices. Well done to the owners.

Stopped in for a quick bite before a trip down to DC. Got the Turkey Avocado, Turkey Melt, Lentil soup, and Adobo lime chicken salad. Everything was really good and tasted so fresh! The bread was freshly baked and tasted better than a lot of other fast casual spots including the other Cosi location at Temple University. Had a chance to meet the owners as well and they were very pleasant and provided great customer service. Would definitely come back as you can tell these owners care about their product.

Ordered catered lunch delivery. Everything was fresh on time and delicious. We ordered the sandwich buffet that came with cookies and apples, as well as pizza and caesar salad for about 10 people. Everyone loved the assortment of wraps and sandwiches which made it nice for vegetarians. Everything was a hit. We will definitely order from DE Duck Cafe in the future. The pricing is definitely reasonable for the quality of food and the staff was super friendly and helpful!

I used De Duck Cafe for catered breakfast and lunch while me, my daughter and her wedding party were getting ready for the ceremony. The food was very good, and the delivery and setup was on time and thorough. I am from out of town, so I have not been to the cafe, but guests have told me that the smell of fresh bread from the cafe is enticing. I would definitely recommend them.

We order from this location at least twice a month for office meetings. The staff are all polite and courteous. We’ve never had a late delivery and they even delivered when they were supposed to be closed. Food is always fresh and tasty as well. You can’t go wrong with them. I recommend the Pesto Chicken or the Turkey and Brie sandwich. You’ll have mixed feelings about any other place.
