My wife and I went here while we stayed in Anacortes. A local recommended it to us. They have Thai food and Japanese. They have sushi, sushimi, Ramen and several items. I had a Bento box with garlic chicken, yakisoba, and California roll. My wife got a dish called golden noodle. It is a yellow curry based noodle dish with chicken and thai basil. They were delicious. I would drive an hour to eat here. I may be crazy like that, life should be an adventure with good food. I will come back and try other things on their menu. I recommend this place.

The sushi was the best we have had in a very long time. Super fresh, tasty, delicious salmon, tuna and crab!! We had the best server too, Been, you have to ask for him. You won’t regret it!!
A few months later….September 9th, 2025. Best ever sushi!!! The yarddog roll is the best of all fish choices. The Anacortes roll to die for, the spicy tuna, simple but delicious. The luxury rainbow roll, super, super fresh fish. We will be back for sure the next time we are in town!!

I have been to De Asian for lunch twice in the last month. We ended up ordering special sushi rolls and ramen – different types each time. The food has been fantastic, excellent service and very friendly staff. We will be back again!

I love the food here so much! Basically, it’s a dream menu – anything you could ever want is on this menu – Japanese, Thai, Korean, ramen, sushi… they even have salads if you just want something green! The servers and bartenders are so kind. I love that they have a sake sampler! Can’t wait to come back!

I love the food here so much, it’s delicious and compared to most sushi restaurants I find the price range more affordable and it definitely tastes more fresh, that’s why I drive to this place from Bellingham at least once a month since discovering it.
My only issue is staff, the last five times I’ve come here, whether it was only me and my daughter in the entire restaurant, or busy nights where we had to wait for a table – the service is the same. Forget about getting a refill and you have to flag down staff for anything and chase them down to get your bill. If they could just work on their customer service a little bit this place would absolutely be a 5 star place.

We came in close to closing time for some dinner after a long day in Friday harbor and this spot was really the best way to end the day.
Between the two of us, we ordered the eggplant katsu, rainbow roll, futomaki and the basil friend rice with extra egg. Absolutely everything was perfect.
The eggplant was super crispy without feeling oily, and the spicy sauce on it added just the right amount of flavour. Both rolls were delicious, fresh and generously portioned.
The basil rice here is probably the best I’ve had (bonus points for the veggies actually being bite sized) – I would caution the spice level though – I picked level 4 and it ended up being spiced than I could handle, so I think 3 would be perfect if you have a decent spice tolerance.
Service is really great here too, the staff is friendly and attentive. Even the chef and folks behind the counter wish us good night as we left, which is such a nice gesture!

I have never written a review so fast in my life. We just left and I can hands down say this is the BEST Asian food in Anacortes. Such a great staff, amazing service, and the best variety of authentic Asian food. The sushi is to die for and there wasn’t a single item we didn’t find ourselves gushing over and we ordered about 8 items between the 2 of us and our 4 year old. We highly recommend!

Ordered the Beauty & Beast roll & the Love Boat. The quality of the sushi & presentation was incredible! Everything tasted phenomenal. Crab wontons & tiramisu were also amazing. Our servers & drinks were also super amazing. They have tons of options, curry etc. So glad we came in.

Great surprise! The ramen tonkotsu was flavorful—though it had a bit too much bamboo for my taste, it was still very good. Service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Sushi is a bit pricey, but overall a solid experience
