I went to buy barbacoa this morning 6/30/24 like I usually do every other Sunday. I went in and bought the normal regular barbacoa. We got home and started to eat when we found a ball of hair literally hair in the barbacoa. I took it back, spoke with the manager, and asked her is this a hair net or hair? She said I think it’s hair from the cow. She was trying to give me another pound and I said how can you expect me to eat after there was hair in the meat!! I asked for my money and they refunded with out any apology. That is sick and I will not be returning. Be aware!

Horrible employees working the evening, closing store 15-20 minutes before 8pm. I have been a customer for the past 21 years and just recently have been experiencing this issue. It is the third time the employees in evening close earlier than the usual hours. Now, if the closing times have change then change it accordingly and let us customers know so we can go elsewhere. Having to turn off my stove and make a quick run to De Albas San Benito for my last minute purchases and for it to be close before time is so frustrating. Jaime Ramirez you need to come and fix this problem, for you will be losing your customers. I was not the only person wanting to buy something, there were three other vehicles that had to turn away.

I dont know what category cost goes to. It’s way too expensive for barbacoa and 2 liter sodas. Aside from that , service is excellent.

1.5 lbs of regular barbacoa (hardly any fat at all), 3 tamal borachos, two dozen corn tortillas and a 2 liter big red for 30 bucks. Not too bad. 6 of us are very well. Late morning pickup around 1030. I’m thinking that might not be such a bad time to go, not very many people there.
