Haven’t been here in awhile so figured I’d give an updated review.
Had to find parking in their additional lot across the street. Restaurant wasn’t packed so we were able to seat ourselves quick. They have music playing but also have tvs on.
They have updated to digital menus. They bring the sauces right at the start for the table. The server was great, very patient, and attentive.
We ordered one drink, calamari, ceviche, and whole chicken with fries and comes with a salad.
Calamari was really good. The chicken was tasty. The ceviche was also good and despite it being later in the day it tasted fresh. The drink was also good. Chicha was good.
The fees in this place add up quick. They automatically add 18% gratuity to every check. They also add a service fee.
Was the drink worth 20?! I mean it was decent but that pricing is crazy!
Food was good but just be ready to pay. I’ve said it before Peruvian food can be expensive.

Delicious food and great service. Our waitress was very friendly, smiling all the time. Very attentive. I love that she didn’t rush us and gave us our time to eat and chat. I was told they have Mariachi and Dj. But not today ( Saturday). Overall, food & service was great.

D’Carbon Bar and Grill is a standout Peruvian spot that delivers bold flavors and serious comfort food. The chaufang is a must-order—perfectly cooked rice with that unmistakable Peruvian-Chinese flair, packed with savory seasoning, tender proteins, and just the right amount of smokiness from the wok. Every bite feels rich and satisfying without being heavy. The fried steak is equally impressive: crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. It’s the kind of dish that feels both hearty and home-style, yet elevated. Between the generous portions, authentic flavors, and consistently great execution, D’Carbon Bar and Grill is a place you’ll want to come back to again and again.

Absolutely disgusting!
Take forever to arrive, they always forget something, or the soda, the peppers it’s always something, don’t even other through uber cuz it’s even worst they won’t even try to fix anything or help you!
They have their own delivery guy most of the time, i got a dead cockroach in my Chaufa, pollo ala brasa was smelling terrible ! And the fries were cold !!!
Not the first time, it’s always something but i felt like it was okay since it wasn’t a big deal about the peppers or drinks but a bug inside my dish absolutely not ! Nasty nasty nasty !

Horrible service! Food was good until i found a hair dangling from the center of my rice! Towards the end I seen a roaches climbing up the wall will not be eating here ever again. I mentioned my issues to the waiter and was told that they bombed the night before that that’s the reason why they were crawling up the wall. So gross

Excellent and delicious food. Would go back again and try other dishes. Lots of flavors. Good service even on a busy night. Indoor seating is allowed. Good music going on. The whole experience was great.

We went a group of 7. We ordered the Chicken with fries, tostones, mixed arroz chaufa and beef. Everything was delicious. Waiters were very attentive.

The food was disappointing. The ceviche had way too much milk, which made it taste sweet, and the shrimp soup also had too much milk. The servers were respectful, but never came over when I needed something.

Honestly my favorite restaurant by far. It has a great variety of Peruvian foods but I would definitely recommend “polo a la brasa” they do it like no other. I would say it’s the closest to competing to real Peruvian food (which I have had in Peru). Service and overall experience is also really good, however it’s not always a 10/10 food but I won’t put 4 stars for a few small things I don’t like. You will love this place so much, just make sure it’s not too busy here when you go.
