Dawn’s Delectables opens early with espresso, lattes, chai tea, breakfast sandwiches and made from scratch baked goods. At 11am, we start serving handcrafted sandwiches & delectable desserts, using locally sourced/organic products. We have lunch and dessert options for gluten free, vegetarian/vegan and other dietary needs. Stop in for dessert & stay for lunch!

Their desserts are delicious. We love the Carrot cake and Germaine chocolate cake. Oh the Chocolate cake is also amazing. So many desserts to choose from. We just went back again to try the bread pudding. Highly recommend this shoppe.

Decided to try a new place and wasnt disappointed. The turkey, bacon, pepperjack sandwich was amazing. Loved the zing with every bite. Hands down the best sandwich! Also had the banana pudding in the coffee area. Yum. Will be coming back again.

Today was my third time visiting. I usually swing by to pick up cake to-go but today I ate in. The customer service is excellent. The sandwiches are delicious. The cake…the cake is to die for! IMO, some of the best carrot cake I have had in Washington; so much so that I drive down from Tacoma just to have it (when I can get it lol). There are no cons that I have found yet but, if I had to make a complaint, I would only say that I wish they were open a little later (like till 5-6pm…selfishly because I usually can’t get there before 3 )

Always wonderful! We visit a couple times a year since we don’t live in Centralia. It’s a spacious coffee / eatery/dessert delight. So easy to find a cozy corner or window view to sit and talk and enjoy. We had some Berry cobbler that was to die for with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. Last time we went we had carrot cake that was amazing and moist and you can almost call it eating your vegetables, LOL. I’m pictured with the cute view behind me in the seating nook by all the Windows. They even have pillows on the benches for extra comfort. Just love this place

This was a first visit, but we will return if we are in the area! Met a friend for coffee, tea and a snack, BUT there are 2 halves to the business; baked goodies on one side, sandwiches, and more in the other. I had a Chai Tea and a superb blueberry muffin! Both are delicious and made on sight. We met Dawn and chatted for a while about her business. She is so gracious and friendly! Hubby had the cinnamon roll. Oh my! It is huge, delicious, and smothered with frosting. He also said the coffee was great. Abandon any dietary rules! You have to go for the joy of the food and camaraderie! This place is head and shoulders above that SB coffee chain! Find a day and time to savor their menu. Don’t rush. It is all delectable!!

I love the coffee corner area. The baristas actually steam milk the right way, so that it’s creamy and not just scalded. Also the drinks are never too sweet or syrupy which I appreciate. The baked goods are great as well 🙂
