This was my first time coming here and the experience went so well that I came back second time for their food. First time I went the girl she was so helpful that I bought myself a sandwich which was the chicken panini. Second time when I went back within the week I went with my parents who ask many questions also, the same girl was working and she was so polite and helpful with my parents. She gave an amazing customer service which I really like unlike the lady who work a another food shop next to them. The second time I got a Bombay grilled chicken with vegetables which had a sauce and cucumber and other things I can’t remember but it great. We also got the family deal which is a great price with 2 biryani (of your choosing) and another dishes and more. They have many choices of cake for dessert which is great because I Love Cake! They have Black Forest, pineapple, strawberries, Hershey etc! I got myself a chocolate cake which is great but it’s not made like exactly how we make it in American more like Asian cake base (if that make sense). Overall my experience there was great!!! I will be back again!

I had pastries at this place. It was decent but could be better as far as flavors goes. I did order paneer roll but they ended up delaying it. They have quite interesting dishes to try. Hopefully, next time.

Excellent food and service, great price point!!
Each dish came with both rice and naan on the side- best of both worlds! We got the bhindi and dal fry and both were great. The bhindi was not overly oily like some restaurants so it did not leave me feeling bloated. Not only was the food delicious, the man working, Hameed, was so kind and friendly and made us feel right at home!!
I am Desi and had brought my American friend with me to Global Mall to look at some outfits for an upcoming wedding. We were very pleased with our decision to try Dawat Express. She said she wanted to come back again soon just for this place!!

Best paneer out of the multiple different Indian restaurants my boyfriend and I’ve had. I do wish the naan bread was made bigger, but they have great customer service and they’re fast at making their food. Amazing taste and flavor. We got the butter chicken and spicy paneer tikka masala. Our new go-to Indian food to eat.

I ordered naan, chicken tikka masala, paneer 65, and a nutella milkshake. The naan was ok but definitely not house made. Paneer 65 was very dry and way too spicy(yes, I know it’s supposed to be spicy but this was very very spicy). Chicken tikka masala meat was tender and juicy but sauce was nothing like masala sauce I’ve had from other places like Ruchis or Panahaar. My nutella milkshake was literally JUST milk with nutella stirred into it. Not what I was expecting at all. I will definitely never order there again.

I ordered a cake from this place, I sent a picture of the cake I wanted to the owner of this place and when I went to go pick it up the cake was nothing like how I ordered it!! I called the owner and he was super rude and did not care about this at all. I wanted a refund and he said they had a no refund policy. I told him i wanted this cake to be fixed because it was for a special event. He still said no and talked back to me about how I was lying. I will never order a cake from this place ever again!

Pretty much wasted $20 on food. The puffs tasted like old oil and had very little mean. The Hyderabadi Chicken was flavorless and soaked in oil. A bad choice for Indian food.

My daughter and I recently ate here. We had Thali (I think that’s what it’s called). The food was excellent and so was the mango lassi and strawberry shake. We will definitely go again.
