Great kolaches, but food safety issue needs attention
The mini kolaches here are my go-to breakfast item — always fresh and consistently good. However, I recently ordered a breakfast burrito that had the word “bacon” written directly on the wrapper with a Sharpie, and the ink had seeped through onto the tortilla itself. Unfortunately, I couldn’t eat it for safety reasons.
I recommend using stickers or another form of labeling instead of writing directly on the paper, as the ink can transfer to the food. I really enjoy this place, but I hope this issue can be addressed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Saturday morning breakfast at Davis’s Donuts is a staple in our family. My kids adore being able to go in and pick out their favorite doughnut, And we love all of the other breakfast options! There is so much variety and they have the best donuts, hands-down. Always fresh.Excellent flavor. Excellent texture. Always consistent. The owners and staff are wonderful and kind. They are always so sweet to my kids. The owner is there 7 days a week for long hours working his tail off In the kitchen and out front helping his staff with customers!
We have made so many wonderful memories here and this will always be our favorite place!

Had a long wait last time I attempted to go through drive through. So, I decided to go inside to see if I could get waited on after about a 15 minutes wait in drive through (with only one car ahead of me at window). Lady inside was kind and apologized for long wait and said they were just short-handed. I will say, once I got my egg and cheese biscuit (that I ordered), it was delicious

Absolutely love this place! The donuts are always fresh, delicious, and honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. You can tell everything is made with care — they’re just that good.
But what really makes this shop special is the owner. They’re incredibly kind, hardworking, and genuinely care about their customers. It’s the kind of place where you feel welcomed the moment you walk in.
As for the recent wave of negative reviews — it’s clear they’re the result of a petty Facebook post from someone being immature. It’s disappointing to see that kind of behavior aimed at such a good person and great business. I truly hope that individual finds peace — and maybe a little guidance from God, too.
This donut shop deserves your support. I’ll definitely keep coming back !

This place is outstanding! We are there weekly because of how good it is. The owner is such a great guy that is so involved with the community. He truly cares so much about what he does and you can tell he’s passionate about his business! The employees are always so sweet and go above and beyond. We are customers for life!

My husband surprised me this morning. I was thinking of a delicious apple fritter. Guess what he got 2 large apple fritters. Yall have the best in town. All of your items on your menu are amazing and definitely delicious. Highly recommended. Love Davis Donuts.
