The food delicious!! Wesley the prime rib. However, we waited watched as group after group were seated and served as we sat and sat waiting for our food . We ordered the special prime rib and were told it was quickly prepared so she wasn’t putting our order in right then. I think she forgot to put it in later. Several other folks got their food who came in after us.

This location is probably the most worthless steak house I’ve ever been to. The steaks are horrible (no seasoning) and incorrectly cooked. We had a party of 15 and not a single steak was cooked as requested. I’d rather go to outback or TRH and I despise chain restaurants. The server while a decent server wasn’t entirely personable. She was nice but you could tell she was not happy to be serving a party of 15. Also she was full of no’s. Not to her own fault the restraint just didn’t have anything AT 5PM ON A SATURDAY. no beer choices, no filets, so many wines were gone. No tap beers at a steak house is insane. Ghetto salad bar is like pizza hits but they put sardines out still in the can for the salad to look distinguished. . This is not even a busy season. I couldn’t imagine what this place is like in the summer. Never come here if you like good food.

Jamie, our server, was absolutely lovely. Not only did she help us with all our questions, she was friendly and patient.
The food was absolutely delicious. The salad bar had delicious and fresh options, and their spinach and artichoke dip was decadent with just the perfect ratio of cheese to greens. We had the cut-to-order NY strip, the Yellowtail Tuna Steak, the children’s steak burger, Brussels sprouts, baked potato and french fries. Every single item was absolutely delicious. The steak was seasoned perfectly and came out at just the right temperature (medium rare), the tuna melted in your mouth, and the kids burger was seasoned like the steak and was super juicy and enjoyable.
We were too full to enjoy dessert, but will definitely remember to save room next time for it!

This one is a classic! Tuesday’s for Prime Rib is our go to. Our server the past few times has been Toni and she has been amazing and so very friendly! Highly recommend this little spot! Oh! And the Tuna is always good too!

I have enjoyed Davison’s Steaks twice now, once for dinner, on a Friday night, once for lunch. Both times were wonderful experiences. Dinner was a crowded evening and yet very calm, organized, and supremely enjoyable. The cooking table in the middle of the restaurant gave the feel of campfire with the meat smoke filling the building with the most delicious aromas. Watching the chief’s at the grill was nice. The salad bar was wonderful and fresh. Wait staff were friendly and accurate in order taking. Lunch also was most enjoyable, and they offered half sandwiches with salad. I will definitely be back again, and I highly recommend Davison’s Steaks to everyone.

This was our first visit. We were very pleased. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Our filet was cooked perfectly and was nice and thick. The baked potatoes was cooked in the oven…not microwaved. Deserts are locally made. We will be back

I had a great experience here on a Saturday night. Our server,Angel, was exceptional. The atmosphere was just right for an intimate dinner date, with the smell of delicious food wafting through the air. We both had an 8 oz ribeye that did not disappoint. The salad bar was a good appetizer. To top everything off, the desert (lava cake) was also very good. I would definitely recommend, and we will be coming back.

Our Family took our Dad to Davidson’s Steakhouse in Sanford, NC today for his birthday. Our waitress Francis made our whole experience EXCEPTIONAL!!! The food was great, the atmosphere was great but all of that would have meant nothing if we would have had bad service. This lady took care of us like we were her only customers which was not the case because she was very busy! She was actually running at times to attend to customers quickly. I work in customer service and I would give anything to be as friendly and efficient as Francis. She is an inspiration!!! If you are in Sanford stop in and make sure you ask for her. I promise you won’t regret it!!!

What a great experience! It was our first time visiting this establishment and we had friends with us in from Kansas City. Everyone’s food was delicious and the salad bar is great. We also had special food needs and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us, particularly our waitress Brittany and especially support staff Grayson. The value of the food, is worth the money you pay.
