After walking out of Barracho’s on Division for no service because there where 10 customers in there we went to Davids pizza and walked into an absolute mad house (chiefs pre game 2-28 ) they where understaffed and way over crowded. We Still got GREAT SERVICE W/GREAT FOOD. Also met some very nice people while there. Will most definitely go back. Thank you to you all that were doing your best to make it work.

Quiet night and the staff treated us royally as we waited for our take home pizza! Bartender took the time to put together drinks that matched our taste. Highly recommend!

Overall, not a bad experience. The pizza had good flavor and came out decently fast. The pizza was a tad bit underdone, leaving the crust with a quite doughy flavor. The service was also extremely slow, causing us to stay an extra 30-40 minutes at the table waiting for our server. I would like to add that the restaurant was pretty empty. I would give them another shot, but if the same thing happened I would choose another local spot.

We recently hosted a three-year cluster reunion at David’s Pizza, and the venue did not disappoint! Coordinating with the owner and his team was incredibly easy and they were very gracious, responsive, and helpful throughout the planning process.

On the day of the event, we had around 40 people attend, and everything went smoothly. The menu items handpicked for us were phenomenal, and I especially appreciated that they were able to add a gluten-free pizza option so that everyone could enjoy a slice. Everything, including the salad was fresh and delicious!!

Quick add. I wish I had caught the name of our server because he was outstanding. Constantly checking in on us, running back and forth to the kitchen, and making sure our group had everything we needed. Big kudos to him!

Highly recommend this spot for casual dining or hosting a group event. I’ll definitely be back soon!!

David’s Pizza has been our venue the past two years for our team’s Christmas Party. We are always so impressed with their service. David’s Pizza is such a fun environment with great food, and amazing employees! Thanks to Mark, Katie, Skylar, and everyone else that worked last Friday to make our night memorable. We look forward to our party next year! Cheer!

David’s Pizza is such a fun place with amazing food and great vibes! I host a lot of events here, and the lower space is absolutely perfect for gatherings. The team does an incredible job keeping the food and drinks flowing — even with groups of 50 or more! Always a fantastic experience, whether it’s for an event or just a casual night out. Highly recommend!

I have been a regular customer here. The pizza is always good, the service is usually good. Tonight we decided to stop by after a Chiefs game for food and drinks. We arrived at 9:30pm the restaurant closes at 10pm. The bar area was packed and the bartender was running around like crazy trying to keep up while the rest of the staff was in the kitchen talking. Once he was able to get to us we tried to order food and was told the kitchen was closed…..a half hour before the restaurant closed. He apologized and was very upset that the kitchen was closed as he had multiple people that wanted to order food. It was very disappointing that there was nothing available. I would think a restaurant near the Arena would welcome customers on a Friday night after a game but that’s not the case. We live close by and David’s has always been a great option for us but after this I’m not sure we will return. Not a great way to run a restaurant.

First time coming here. Took my daughter to the Ice Age playground at riverfront Park and we wanted pizza for lunch. They are a 4 minute walk from the park and extremely friendly. We ordered the regular bread sticks and a large newyorker pizza. They accidentally burnt our pizza but had a new one going before we got the first pizza. Even with some toasted spots, it was still delicious. They let us take the darkened pizza home if we wanted too at no extra charge. Great customer service and attentive crew. Definitely will be back! Thanks for a great first experience.

We had a veggie pizza it was good with a couple exceptions, the edges if the crust were black in spots ant it tasted a little over cooked. The olives on the pizza were awful, the only flavor they had were a chemical sour aftertaste. Once we removed them the pizza itself was good. My friend had the pesto bread and we all had a taste, it was amazing! The service was very good the server was very friendly and attentive.

If you’re ever wondering where a lot of the stuff from Cyrus O’Leary‘s went . You’ll find it here and some other cool stuff too.
Love that French dip sammich. David’s is located across the street from the Arena. So, the best time to go is 15 minutes after an event there starts or any other time.
