Absolutely the best! Period. I go out of my way (don’t even live in or near New City) to pick up bagels and other goodies from here. And they never fail to meet my high expectations. My family and I enjoy all their bagels and signature from their menu (my favorite is the Reuben). We’ll certainly continue to come back! ❤️❤️

When they changed ownership they were fantastic but now the last few times they have fell off astronomically. First I called in an order for a sausage, scrambled egg and cheese on a roll I get it and it’s an egg and cheese not scrambled at all and no sausage. I had to drive back and they remade it. When I checked it there was avocado smeared on it. When I asked they said “oh yea we used a knife that had avocado on it to cut it” like that’s normal. Today I went back just to see if maybe ordering in person would make a difference, so I did a bacon, scrambled egg, and cheese on a roll. I got the order it’s a fried egg, bacon, cheese on a bagel. Also ordered a plain bagel not toasted with butter and yet they toasted it too. It’s ridiculous at this point. I suggest to be careful. If you don’t want to deal with getting your order wrong constant, don’t come here. I understand being busy but getting it wrong constantly is insane.

There are quite a few things wrong. They allow children to crowd the sidewalk and block the use the ramp and block the outside seating. The children outside look to have been related to an employee or owner.

I’ve ordered here 3-4 times for delivery and each time I am left disappointed. I never receive a meal correctly. Whoever is taking notes/orders over the phone should be retrained or let go. I asked for sour cream and onion chips, was literally given chopped onions on the side and a side of sour cream. Today we asked for 3 avocado toast with eggs and everything seasoning on the side, only two came with eggs and they gave me an everything bagel instead. The only reason I gave two starts and not one is because the food is somewhat decent. Unfortunately I will no longer continue to order from this location.
