Would be a perfect score except the music was too loud to really hear each other well in the dining room. Food was beyond even my expectations in all ways: was hot, delicious and unexpectedly tasty – like DON’T MISS THIS PLACE! Part of me wants to talk about how it was laid out with a restaurant and apparently there’s a bar somewhere and the restrooms were clean and it was a family type place! There were 4 groups of people at 5:30 on a Thursday (2 groups had over 9 people) but I really felt we had space and WILL BE BACK.
First off the Buffalo Cauliflower – so GOOD and that ranch coated the breading perfectly when I dipped but I ate a number just to feel the Buffalo kick! Not at all sloppy as I’d expected but perfectly cooked and oh YES not too hot – just the right kick and the cauliflower wasn’t mushy – HAS TO BE TASTED for real! And the Meatball Hoagie is the best in the area – not too much sauce and just the right amount of mozz! Tasty meat and tasty sauce with fresh bun made for a masterpiece I’ll be returning for again and again and OH YEAH THEY DO TAKE OUT! My daughters office had ordered from David’s which was why she wanted to try the cauliflower!
I’m just tripping that I’ve finally found a place to eat in Niagara Falls that isn’t a waste of my money. I mean not all the nachos but every bite of the HOAGIE and every tiny bit of the cauliflower that couldn’t be consumed came home and won’t get a chance to die in the frig! Can hardly wait to see what their brisket sandwiches are like – which won’t be too faroff in my future!!!
Almost forgot that the wait staff was a darling – no fuss about my asking for stuff on the side, did not keep interrupting us as has happened at other places – that young lady should be cloned for every Niagara Falls eatery!

Ordered from here a few times and have no complaints. Food was made fresh and tasted really good.
Steak hoagie- made with shaved steak, added mushrooms, onions, and cheese. I really appreciated the fact the steak was not chopped up.
Royal sub- tasted really clean again had fresh ingredients. But was very skimpy on the meat

Bartender is horrible and miserable. Brought a friend in from out of town for some wings and to watch the game. Ignored then she apologizes that she didn’t see us! Does she know how to smile and not complain while working! Never again.. sorry for bad review

So we stopped in this place For a quick lunch. Service was great. Seemed like there was only one person working the bar and the floor. But she did a great job. Food was awesome. Food prepared and brought out quickly. Stay hoagie was delicious and the sweet potato fries were so good.

If you want good food in a relaxed atmosphere David’s 716 is the place. I meet my brother & sis in law there & we enjoy good food and chit chat, never feeling rushed, thanks to a very nice staff. We’ve always enjoyed our food no matter what we’ve ordered! It is a sports bar with giant tv’s around but you’re not shouting over them to talk. The bar is separated by a low wall from the dining area & of course you can enjoy beverage or 2 from there. Stop in sometime maybe, Taco Tuesday, & enjoy a delicious giant taco!

Super awesome atmosphere as you see great place just horrible food and slow service. You can stand out at the register for minutes and they don’t even know you’re there No Bell to ring nothing you just stand there. I ordered a BLT, it was just a cold basic white roll with like two tomatoes on it a piece or two lettuce, I ordered extra onions and double bacon, there was maybe four little pieces of onion, and hardly any bacon and I couldn’t even see it. I had to separate the role to see if there was even any in there. Just terrible terrible food. It’s a waste of an awesome place and when I say awesome place I mean it’s really cool inside of there, We got 20 wings, half of them look like they had had a bite taken out of them. They were deformed they were ugly they Were very hard!! I don’t recommend this place to anyone

We ordered enough to feed a small army due to not having eaten all day and she made sure everything down to each chicken wing was nothing less than perfect! Clean organized nice entertainment and great music. Brisket is highly recommended!! Go get your grub on at this freaking awesome joint !

I ordered a chicken finger sub yesterday. It was almost inedible. The chicken fingers were dry and extremely overcooked. I had to throw it out. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with the owner or supervisor. A female got on the phone and I told her how dissatisfied I was and the reason I was calling wasn’t to get a refund or other compensation but just wanted to point it out. I would have left it at that, however she couldn’t have cared less. She was short, offered a brisk, insincere apology and was done with the call.

We’ve been here a few times, but the old David’s we’ve been several times. Hoagies and buffalo wings are tradition here, and more. They also now serve a local beer Hayburner which is a beautiful and pleasant palate cleanser after chowing down on your hoagie and wings. I love it. Crossing the border from Canada, we always bring our world guests for this.
