We chose this place for dinner because the pizza looked great. We came in at dinner time, it was pretty empty in there so I thought our orders would come out in a decent time frame. Everyone that worked there was nice, but they forgot about us. We each ordered a pizza and wings. My friend got her wings and ate half before I got mine. A girl had to come back & ask what my wings were because the guy put it in weird in the computer. We waited a long time before I got my pizza. We finished eating our wings, eventually my friend had say something because at least 30 minutes passed and she hadn’t got her pizza. I took 2 bites of my pizza, on a scale of 1 to 10 it was a 3, the sauce is not good but the rest is. Our wings were the best we ever had, though. Perfectly crispy and amazing seasoning. My friend finally gets her pizza. We got our pizzas boxed to go. The girl did give us some cheesecake for the wait. I don’t mind the wait, I’m explaining our experience. I’ll be back, but just for the wings.

I give this Management and their Team 5 stars only because a 10 isn’t available go see them tell them King TrU the food review sent You, you wont be disappointed.

This was our first visit and we were pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent despite being extremely busy. Having read other reviews about the lemon pepper wings that was a must try and they didn’t disappoint. The cheesesteak was loaded and plentiful and my only comment was the roll was almost too soft. The fries were plentiful and crispy, just as you want them.
Next visit we’ll order a pizza and report on that. Not sure if they plan to get a liquor license but a beer would have been a good addition.

I ordered the 6pc lemon pepper wings with fries. I get their wings all the time and today I was disappointed.
There was this tasteless butter sauce at the bottom of my plate that made the bottom of my wings soggy.
The fries were mostly over-cooked. I had to pick through them for the good ones.
I hope something changes or things get better because I used to love this place.

This was supposed to be a 5-star review but I have to keep it real:
The good: The food is actually good! The wings are Three Dollar Café flavorful. On a good day, the wings are hot, fresh and crispy. I have a family member from New York and they like the pizza. Picking up an order is super convenient because they have a drive-thru window which means you won’t have to get out of your car.
The bad: The food preparation is inconsistent. Some days the wings are dripping in grease and taste old. The fries taste freezer burnt and old (like old chicken grease). The pizza crust is different every visit: cracker (thin) hard and crunchy one day and on your next visit, it may be soft and fluffy. Personally, the pizza tastes half a step above Little Caesar’s for me—I’ll pass.
The ugly: The customer service is really bad. The energy at this place always comes off as a low or negative vibe. When you place a phone order, it’s like pulling teeth. I feel like I need therapy afterwards. (How do you have a sour attitude EVERYTIME you take a customer’s order?) I’m not a fan of the online ordering process because the website is not user intuitive. I think this is a Black woman owned franchise because a few times I have seen what looks like the owner or manager interacting with the staff. My family goes out of their way to support B.O.B. but this location needs to do better.

My first time there I was craving pizza I’m a foodie and this place had good reviews . The overall experience was ok . The interaction at the front was ok young lady was friendly told me 15 to 20 mins I came back in 30 just for good measure and food was said to not been even started !! Of course I was upset . I’m generally a calm person so I’m just like ok so how long from this point again told 15 to 20 mins now I don’t know about phone orders or pre orders but the actual parking lot and establishment wasn’t crowded it was a Saturday early so wasn’t many ppl even out yet . Then when I came back I legit sat in the parking lot drove to the window my food wad luke warm at best which made me even more upset because supposedly it was fresh. The flavor was just ok for the price point and the wait I was expecting superior flavors and food my wings lemon pepper were overly salty my hot wings tasted sweet instead of hot not even a little heat . The pizza was just pizza nothing stood out . Hopefully your experience is better than mine . Based on other reviews I’m guessing this is not their standard but my experience wasn’t pleasant . Food wasn’t nasty but wasn’t FOR ME something to add to the Cravings list .

Ordered a large davido’s special for pick up, got home and realized they left off the pepperoni! Called and manager was talking about me out loud to the worker that answered the phone and stated after “is it on mute” . Then . rather than them offer a discount or to make it right on our next visit the only option they gave us was to drive all the way back and return the pizza for another…customer service e is horrible and management is horrible .

Amazing! GREAT customer service and we love the pizza. My family and I was looking for a pizza place. We looked up the normal pizza spots which had ALL bad reviews! So I googled pizza spots and this place popped up! Best decision ever!! I love you guys! We were hungry!!! Our delivery driver was even sweet! Thank you guys for delivering first class service!
