I had made a reservation for 3 people at 5 o’clock .We started with a carpaccio, We had half finished our plate and they already brought our salad!!!! 3 minutes later they were there with the main course, when we wanted to order dessert, we were told that our table was reserved for 6 o’clock. We had to drink our wine and limocello at the bar. Behind the bar were 2 very unfriendly ladies, they didn’t say a stupid word to us. We were charged $330. This was a horrible experience.

You MUST eat dinner here if you find yourself anywhere near Marco Island! Take it from a Mangione, this is one of the best I’ve been to! I had the seafood pasta special and it was exceptional! We came here about two years ago and it was equally wonderful experience. You MUST make reservations, a day or two ahead if you can. The in house opera singer who does a set on busy nights sounds like Andrea Bocelli or Luciano Pavarotti, it’s heavenly.

Fabrisuo our waiter (not sure of spelling ) made us feel like family. And Francis another Waitress also was excellent. We will continue to frequent this restaurant and ask for Fabrisio as our waiter with any future visits to Marco island. The food is excellent but the feeling of being at home is outstanding.

What a total disappointment. Made a 6:00 reservation, called the day of to make they had us for an inside table for 4. They said yes, when we arrived they wanted to seat us outside with a view of the parking lot. 20 minutes later they sat us at a tiny table near food prep. Food came out more than an hour later and was decent at best. Do NOT eat there unless you want overpriced food, poor service, loud music and a rude owner.

We’d love to love Davide. Their reservation system, or lack therof, is an unmitigated disaster. They are great at taking reservations; they are utterly clueless at honoring them. You will wait forever, be ignored, and then be forced to find another restaurant. Wish it wasn’t the case, but it has happened multiple times and must be their standard operating procedure.

Food was not anything to come back for!! Up charges are unbelievable! My husband and I upgraded to a Caesar salad and it cost us $17, then we upgraded for fresh pasta instead of regular pasta another $12 each!! Bread was stale and the Caesar salad didn’t have any green lettuce in it! All white hard lettuce and no cheese in the Caesar salad, really!!
They offered me a high-end bottle of wine. I paid $45 for it and when I googled it, it was $13.! When I exited the restaurant, the owner came up to me and approached me and he could care less of my thoughts! I own a house on Marco and will never go back there again
