Excellent service, cute decor. Delicious meal! I had “the streetcar” special which was gumbo, catfish and the sides. (I took the toast off the hubby’s plate) Includes salad bar in the price. Husband enjoyed his steak. Well seasoned and cooked to perfection.

It’s just a catfish king…. They have one steak on the menu. We got shrimp and 2 steaks. Shrimp was good but steaks were not cooked to medium rare which is what we asked for instead one was BLUE while the other one was WELL DONE but they were the EXACT same thickness! The salad bar smelled like fish and the kitchen was nasty!! They only know how to work a fryer and the fried pickles we got were nasty however the Mozzarella sticks were good. I honestly don’t know how they stay open. The manager was nice and understanding. She had one look at our food and that’s why we didn’t pay but we did tip our waitress!!!COMEON! If your called a steakhouse have more than one steak on your whole menu!! Don’t eat here! We went to HOCHABEL which was way better! They know how to cook!

Happy to see a David Beard’s still up and running. Good food, great service from friendly and attentive team members. Menu selection as expected, and the Special was a good selection of some of their tastier items. Presentation could use a bit of fresh parsley, though taste and service made up for it nicely.

My best friend and I stopped in today for lunch. The catfish was amazing . The pinto beans were delicious. They reminded me of my grandma’s wood stove beans. Hush Puppies were really good. The salad bar was not very stocked, & the fries weren’t hot, but overall, it was a delicious meal. & excellent service.

Fantastic food and service. Great place to eat while in Broken Bow or Hochatown. Love the kids’ meals, and the hand breaded chicken fried steak is excellent . Derrick is the best server ever, and we leave happy every time.
