Dave’s Tavern is a small bar, with good service and good food. There was one hard working person cooking and serving, so bring your patience. Typical bar food, burgers, fried appetizers, wings, etc. Reasonable prices. No tap system, bottled beer and liquor. You can sit at a table that seats up to 7 or at the bar. Cash only.

Happened upon this place off the beaten path and was pleasantly rewarded for my decision to stop in. It’s a small, one room bar with a nice country feel. They had Straubs beer, and it was awesome to enjoy an old brand. Service was great.

Wings were great! Local dive bar that looks closed so be sure to try the door before leaving. Service and other patrons were nice. No smoking so kids are allowed, but may not want to take them there if they are able to read signs.

I just left here and asked the bartender of the new hours. I’m the one that updated the Google hours but they open at 2:00 Monday through Saturday they’re closed Sundays closing depends on the crowd but apparently they’re Tuesday wing night is a sellout I had a great experience this is my first time here the bartender is awesome the atmosphere is awesome. I will definitely be back.

A great neighborhood bar. The place where strangers become friends & friends become family. They have great bar food and drinks at reasonable prices. It’s a tavern in the most literal sense. Best wings in the valley! The Lenten fish fry is amazing.

The most authentic dive bar experience I’ve ever had – and I’ve been around the merry-go-round a few times. For a classic, blue-collar, 1950’s mill-town-Pittsburgh experience, I highly recommend.
Edit: Sweet lord Jesus are their wings delicious. If you can find an empty square foot on Tuesday nights, prepare for the best garlic wings you’ve ever tasted.

Almost late night food for a Thursday (I think kitchen was 10 o’clock close)… burger, fries and fried appetizer were twice as good as we expected from this hidden hole in the wall. Friendly bartender on the phone and in person!
