TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Tried their 2 tenders with fries – mild for takeaway, and it was alright. The chicken was flavourful, not too dry but not juicilicious either. Friendly staff and service. Casual dining area, decent in cleanliness. Plenty of free parking right outside, big parking lot.

I really enjoyed this place, I have tried angry chickz Chick-fil-A Cane’s Chicken. They’re all really good places for fast food chicken. What I didn’t like is that the powder chili really gets all over your clothes and all over your fingers. I wish there was a way that you can eat it without getting so messy. As far as the cook on the chicken was excellent The taste was phenomenal and the customer service was amazing. This restaurant is large and can hold plenty of people. The wait time is very minimal. I would definitely recommend you trying it out.

First time here and the atmosphere was very open and clean. The food was really good. We got the chicken tenders and the Fallout meal. Both meals were good. It was a little different to taste how sweet the sauce was but with the right amount of heat, it was really good. All the chicken was really juicy and had great flavor. Our Server Suhrab was very friendly and took his time explaining things to us. He was so kind and just overall very professional. Will definitely be back to try other things on the menu

Whenever we visited states we will always come by to dave’s due to they served halal chicken. We went to dave’s in las vegas and los angeles and this time it was falsom. We’re attended by friendly staff by the name of Maria. She went above and beyond with her exceptional customer service and even bid us goodbye at our car when she saw us took photo in front of the establishment and said thank you for taking the photo.Even another staffs over there are really hardworking and I saw one of the male staff keep on cleaning the chair to ensure it is sparkly and clean. All of their hard-work shouldn’t go unnoticed and deserved a compliment. Kudos to all of them!

I can’t say enough about how much I love this place! I usually eat at the restaurant, and every time the staff is incredibly polite and welcoming. The restaurant is always clean, and the overall experience is consistently great. Today, I want to give a special thank you to the assistant manager, Maria. She truly goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued, and her professionalism and kindness make a big difference. Dave’s Hot Chicken is lucky to have her!

This is a great restaurant. I have been in enough times now over the past couple of years so that I’ve seen it’s consistent too. The service, food and cleanliness are all great, even when it’s late. My last visit (12/23/25, morning) was particularly nice because I had really talked the place up to my wife and this was her first time trying it with me.

I went to the Dave’s Hot Chicken in Folsom location and had a great experience. The food was really good, and the service stood out. An employee named Belal was very helpful. My daughter spilled some soda, and he cleaned it up right away and kindly moved us to another table.
