TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The chicken was tender, juicy, and well flavored. The fries were perfect, crispy, and seasoned. Overall, a tasty, tasty meal, though it was a bit spendy.
I recommend get the mild lite instead of the no spice, as the no spice has no sauce on the chicken at all. It’s not bad, just nat as good as the chicken with sauce.
Also, the tenders were good, but I enjoyed the slider more.

I paid $1.79 each for extra Dave’s sauce and hot honey. Order was supposed to come with a small container of Dave’s sauce. All I received was 2 tiny containers of sauce and honey. Ripoff. Plus chicken has nasty aftertaste of cumin. No like.

First time trying Dave’s Hot Chicken and it was awesome! I ordered takeout for my family and everything was hot, fresh, and super tasty. Breanne at the counter had excellent customer service—really friendly, polite, and helpful with our order. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to friends and family.

I don’t know who was cooking today but WHEW they need a raise cause I almost ate the tray.
Chicken was soooo crispy and delish. My slider hit as always, I def recommend the sliders because the sandwich bread the plain tenders come with isn’t as good. Fries came out fresh and seasoned. They also got our order out really fast which was awesome because it was pretty full. There is just one unsolved phenomenon at the Lancaster Dave’s – the mysteriously sticky tables Food is still super yummy though like look at these photos so who cares!!!

My husband and I got two dave#2, one mild and one medium. Combos include sandwiches and fries but drinks are separate, not a big deal. Overall we paid about $46 for both of our meals. The flavor was good, the fries were crisp and for a busy weekend, we waited about 10 minutes for our food. I’m not sure if they were short on staff or genuinely too busy the day we went but trash cans inside were overfilled, one had a leak that was going to the dinning tables too. I would like to go back to try their Mac & cheese and their slushies

Open till Midnight and cranking out some deliciously juicy Nashville Hot Chicken. I got the Hot and it have a little heat. Had to have the medium next time. The pickles, slaw, and sauce a great combo for their sliders! Reasonable prices and great service.

Went here this week 3 days in a row definitely will keep going. Good and delicious food and exactly wat u expect. Service was great took my order and even gave me extra pickles like I asked with no problems. The whole place is clean and well kept and it’s definitely a good place to go sit down with friends and enjoy some good food. Had the 2 sliders with fries and it has been perfectly cooked and it hits the spot everytime. Fire fire fire

Fries were kinda stale but were still alright they’re any ordinary fries nothing crazy. Now the chicken (I got hot and medium) so medium was kinda good it didn’t really have flavor just the little spice but the chicken itself was alright. hot is good if you like spicy it is hot its not anything less but it’s just spicy not a lot of flavor. Sadly the chicken was not as flavorful as everyone said but still kinda enjoyable but from all the hype it’s getting and for the first time having it, it wasn’t anything crazy I expected more yk.

This place is so Meh . The food is pricey the chicken has no flavor and fries are just plain. It’s super expensive for a basic chicken place. Over $25 for 3 chicken strips, fries, and 2 drinks. The bread is just a piece of white bread. Why? Why? Why is this a thing? Don’t go here. Turn around and go to Canes or Chick-fil-A or something even McDonald’s chicken strips are better.
