TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The food I’ve had is really good I’ll say this is maybe my 5th time having them now. I’ve had all the hot flavors including the reaper (WARNING) ITS NOT TO PLAY WITH. But today I was really frustrated because yes the food is fire and with that being said I don’t want to be played out of my food and I feel like that’s what happened today. 1 sandwich was for my lady and one was for me and I so happened to get a sandwich (cauliflower] half ny lady’s size and that really killed my mood because it seems like they just gave me a small peice of cauliflower because I ordered 2 sandwiches or something and i tried to call but no one answered because I really just want another Sandwich not even a refund. I forgot to take a picture because I got home late. But my lady’s sandwich was big enough to cut n half n share with our daughter and mine was literally if not smaller than my daughters half alone. So I’m here not quite trying to make a bad review but a bad experience that I hope can be fixed.

First time coming to the Redlands location. Right when you come in you get hello welcome, the staff is very attentive & welcoming. Give me my meal with extra sauce. Jessica help me very helpful & nice. And to top it off the food was amazing wish I would have gotten Hot. They also give us free water cups with my favorite ice (bunny ice) we’ll be coming back to this location!!

Customers are offered the choice of seven different spice levels for their chicken, ranging from “no spice” to “reaper” (which requires the customer to sign a waiver). No doubt this is the busiest restaurant ever during my full time online food delivery. They have so many customers both offline and online and yes it’s true sometimes you have to be patient for a long time waiting for your order to be made but it’s worth it. Most of the customers are teenagers and young people, maybe because the price is affordable and the hangout place is comfortable for them. The employees are friendly and friendly and of course the parking lot is spacious so you don’t need to be afraid of not getting a parking space

Food is fire. no complaints at all. But the service is absolutely abysmal. Im not sure how you can take over an hour to make a single meal, but they somehow do. multiple times. the amount of times ive ordered online and went to go pick up just to wait for an hour is crazy . Not even joking. waited for 20 minutes, went to go grocery shopping in san bernardino, came back and it still wasnt ready. Go to ANY other location. Go all the way to LA and yourll probably get your food faster.

I walked in and was greeted by Irene whom was friendly with a smile on her face, explained it was my first time and she told me her recommendations and went with the tender, sandwich meal and I added Mac and cheese to try as well since I heard it was really good. The restaurant was clean and not busy. Once I received my food it was well put together and the food was fresh and made to order. Delicious. Not spicy at all I opted for lite mild and mild. I will definitely take it up a notch next time. Their Mac and cheese is seasoned with their fry seasoning and it was good. Their fries are crinkle cut and seasoned to my liking. They serve extra pickles on the side which I enjoy because I am a huge fan of pickles. They give you a side of Dave’s sauce which to me taste like a sweeter version of thousand island what I really enjoyed was their honey. That complimented the chicken well. Irene went around checking and asked customers how the food was and if they needed anything, myself and included her and the rest of staff were great! It was a great experience and because customer service was a 10/10 as well I’ll recommend this location when mentioning this restaurant
