TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

It was our first time here and we were satisfied! The cashier Eric was very welcoming and explained the entire menu to my wife and I as well as answered any questions. I typically tip for good service and this was one of those time!
Food was VERY good! We decided to give this place a try when seeing it on our way to Chic-Fil-a were very happy to have tried it! We will come back! Emploees like Eric who strive to make customers satisfied is what gets people like us coming back! Exceptional Service!!

Here is my review about this place
1-Decoration 8/10: it’s okay a lot of lights and flashy. And a lot of space inside
2- Ambiance 8/10: there were some people Mostly kids , teenagers and family, but I don’t think you can make a birthday party there.
3- service 9.5/10: the service was pretty good.I’m not gonna lie compared to other places that I went.He explained everything and told me that I had to sign a waiver if I wanted the reaper.
4- food 9/10: It was pretty good compared to other places that I went.
5- cleanest 7.5/10: The place was clean, it knitted a little bit more love and the restrooms were fine, even if they needed a little bit of help.
Yes, I do recommend this place , If you like spicy but I didn’t find it that’s spicy even if I took the extra hot.Maybe next time, I should try the Reaper.

I ordered the #2 2 Sliders with Fries.
Chicken Tender was twice the size of the bun, cole slaw was delicious inside the sandwich and pickles hit the spot.
Fries were seasoned perfect and nice and crunchy.
Spicy level is customizable.

I highly recommend this location.
It was very busy when I walked in. The team seemed very calm and composed.
The food was hot and the staff members were very friendly and helpful to every customer in line and ordering.
I decided to dine in and noticed that all of the front of house staff members stayed consistently on top of making sure that the tables were clean .
I highly recommend them
The manager on duty was also very nice

I was excited to see Dave’s Hot Chicken finally open in the South Bay; it’s the perfect spot! There’s plenty of parking and both indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered the fries and tenders, which were perfectly crispy with just the right level of heat. Since I’m not a fan of super spicy food, I appreciated that they offer a hot-but-not-too-spicy option. The tenders were huge and satisfying, and the dipping sauce made them even more delicious. The crinkle-cut fries are one of my favorites, and of course, no hot chicken meal is complete without white bread and pickles!
The indoor seating can get a bit crowded, so I’m glad there’s an outdoor area as well.

Dave makes a great product their chicken is juicy delicious and whatever level of spice you can handle. And the cheese you get …. You have to ask for it. It goes amazing with the chicken. The double chicken tender meal is the best. A great place. Like it a lot. Can’t wait to go back to that location.

It’s just sad when you see your favorite restaurant like that. I’m grateful that it wasn’t my first location otherwise they would not have earned my business. Starting with the pile of trash at the entrance which is definitely disgusting, unhealthy and unwelcoming to customers. From the moment I entered to the moment I left, no one bothered to take care of it . Not to mention the size of the chicken tenders which absolutely does not match what they charge for. I know they don’t come the exact size but at least make for the difference or change it . When I went to address it with the cashier, she called the manager who was very rude and disrespectful. He was telling me that’s what I’m going to get and I’m wrong . I haven’t seen customer service that bad in any of the locations I have been to and I doubt he has any training how treat customers . This location needs a really intensive cleaning and inspection, otherwise they are better off just shutting it down.

I ordered the slider, tender, french fry combo and loved it. The slider was very hot. I’m thinking that it had an extra spicy sauce on it. It made my nose, run a little and feel compelled to eat a bunch of french fries to reduce the spiciness in my mouth. But, I loved it! The tender was not as spicy and slightly dry, so I put some of the honey that the nice gentleman at the counter gave me when I picked it up. I originally ordered the food and intended on bringing it home, but changed my mind and Ate it in the restaurant because I Didn’t want it to get cold.
I loved the food and wish there was a Dave’s Hot Chicken restaurant closer to my home. The food reminded me of a Famous hot chicken restaurant in Nashville. I was so glad to have that food again. Btw, I gave The atmosphere four stars Because it was cold in there. But that’s how fast food restaurants do it. I did love the music selection. I heard ABC (which I couldn’t get enough of in the 80s!) and Blondie and a couple of current songs. That made it seem more homey and unique to me. Overall, it was a great experience. The people at the counter were very friendly. I wanted to wash my hands afterwards and saw that there was a keypad on the restroom, but I figured it out on the first try, which was nice.
