TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

This is amazing chicken. I got the mild sliders. You get a great deal for your money. Chicken was juicy,pickles were grate and the fries were amazing. I was so full after eating but could have ate way more. The restaurant was nice and clean the service was not as good as the food. Sorry. But will we go back ABSOLUTELY. This place should be packed. Great choice.

I ordered the Fallout Meal (naturally), with Spicy BBQ chicken, fries, and the “Sauce Stimpak”.
It was great! Spice level was medium level. Bbq sauce was nice, and im adding the stimpak to my Fallout collectibles.
Great service, great experience, great collectible.
A star was docked because the music was so loud I couldnt hear the cashier, and the floors were dirty under the tables.
Wish I could add a 6th star for the condition of the bathrooms! I went to wash up post-meal and found them well tended to.
I will be going back!

Such a nice and simple restaurant. Great chicken, fresh, and so much!! Amazing taste and the spice was definitely a kick. Pickles and coleslaw were fresh too. Would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you!

10/10 would recommend.
Dining room and bathroom were in immaculate condition and thats always a great sign in a restaurant! It goes to show they leave no stone unturned when it comes to cleaning.

This place was highly anticipated but just didn’t meet the mark for me.. I am more of “saucy/wet” wing type of person so the dry rub was very underwhelming. The hot had a decent heat to it, the food was cooked well but lack of seasoning overall was a let down. Fries were bland, pickles weren’t dilly but the coleslaw was okay. Pricing was a bit steep for only 1-3 tenders. Atmosphere was nice and restaurant design is cool. Staff was hard working and pleasant. I would give it another try.

The employee Shayne was outstanding! He greeted us as we came into the restaurant. He was greeting guests as they left, being kind and special attention to children. He was having fun and genuine. He is the standard that everyone should aspire to achieve.

Oh, my, Lort! That was amazing! Hands down my new favorite chicken joint in town! The buns were fresh, the chicken was HUGE and fresh, as well as all of the other ingredients. The fries were plenty big. All that for $19?! I’ll be back! I ordered medium seasoning. I didn’t think it was hot at all. Just solid flavor. Wow!

We visited Dave’s hot chicken for the first time today, which took about an hour. The chicken was cooked perfectly, with a flavorful crust and juicy interior. I ordered mine Hot, but it was relatively mild- medium compared to Hatties B’s.
Nevertheless, we appreciate the variety that Dave’s brings to Fargo. I hope they expand their side dishes option in the near future.
