TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

This was my family’s first experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken in Chambersburg. Devon greeted us as soon as we walked in. I’ve never seen such enthusiasm for customers, especially this day and age. She was bright, bubbly and welcoming. Thank you Devon! You made our experience amazing. The food was hot, fresh and delicious . The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. We will definitely be back!

Dave’s Hot Chicken is good but rather pricey. This place I feel is way over hyped. My son wanted to come here because he seen this place in a video online. The service here is great. The atmosphere is stunning. The price for the meals should also come with a drink. It’s a shame when you go eat at a place and they charge extra for a drink with your meal.

Well if you want the reaper be prepared to sign a waiver. Just know its freaking hot!! You get a huge sandwich with optional cheese kale salad( like coleslaw but better) dill pickles and special sauce you also get seasoned fries for 9.99 drinks are extra. These sandwiches are yummy, wife and daught got hot and said they were excellent. Its a 30 minute drive from Hagerstown MD but worth the trip..

visited Dave’s Hot Chicken in Chambersburg on a Wednesday around 12:45 PM, and the experience was great. There was no line, and my food was ready in about six minutes. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was very clean and organized. The chicken was a large piece on a bun with a side of French fries. It was a little salty for my taste, but the flavor was really good overall. A solid experience

This was my first experience with Dave’s Hot Chicken. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted like I was family. The girl at the counter (Devon) had a fantastic personality and made my fiance and I feel welcome. She seriously sold it. A serious thanks to Dave’s for hiring truly awesome people. As far as the food we were a little apprehensive about the paying $14.00 for the 2 slider meal. After receiving our food I had no apprehension. I had a generous helping of well seasoned and crispy fresh fries and my sliders were full sized sandwiches of which I had to take one home. The value is incredible. As far as the atmosphere, the inside of the store is beautiful. They brought in a graffiti artist to paint the walls and ceilings. My family will definitely be back, we have not been so satisfied in a long time by a restaurant experience.

This was my second time coming to Dave’s because we loved it so much the first time. Devin was wonderful. She exhibited phenomenal customer service with patience and grace. The restaurant itself was in impeccable order (not even a chair out of place). The staff was actively maintaining the dining area with care. We will absolutely be back. Amazing experience!!! From the moment we walked in the customer service was excellent, we were greeted and helped immediately. The food was hot and served quickly. Everything tasted fresh and we enjoyed it. Our kids stated it’s better than Chic Fil a! I believe this is definitely our new go to restaurant! Highly, highly recommended!!!

First time visiting and I’m impressed. My chicken was perfectly crispy, the fries were amazing, and the Dave’s Sauce is outstanding. My only two gripes (and they’re minor) is it’s REALLY loud in the dining room and drinks aren’t included in the combos. Otherwise, 4/5!
