We were never here before and it was good. You order at the counter and they give you a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The menu is limited. The chicken was good and you choose the degree of heat you would like on it but it turns your fingers orange. The french fries were crispy. Dave’s special sauce is mayonnaise and ketchup mixed. I don’t like either but mixed together it was good. The establishment was very clean including the restrooms. They have parking available in front of the building.
All in all it was a good meal in a clean facility with nice staff.

Nice, clean location, the graffiti art is pretty neat! Jasmine was a friendly face at the counter. The loaded fries was my favorite. The chicken was so tasty! Flavorful & crispy breading, than adding the Dave’s sauce- so good! Love that you offer the different flavors of heat! Only negative is drinks not being included. But totally worth it!

I finally stopped into Dave’s Hot Chicken in Lebanon. It’s not usually the type of food I’m craving, but I was out running errands and it was convenient, so we decided to give it a try.
We ordered the two tender and fry meal and also the three mozzarella stick meal (their mozzarella sticks are the thicker rectangular style, not the skinny round ones). It actually seemed like a better value to order the mozzarella stick meal because it also came with fries.
One thing I found a little odd is that none of the meals come with a drink, which feels unusual for combo meals.
The chicken tenders come with dry rub seasoning levels. We tried light, mild and hot flavors. The meals come with a slice of white bread, pickles, and a dipping sauce that tasted like a sweet mayo based sauce (possibly a ketchup/mayo blend). The food itself was fresh, hot, and seemed good quality overall.
A couple small issues though. The pickles were placed touching the chicken tenders, which made part of the breading soggy by the time we got home. Also, when we were leaving the store, an employee came out to tell us we had forgotten one of our tenders in the bag. When we got home we also realized one order of fries was missing, so we almost left without a whole tender and did leave without one order of fries.
For the amount of food we got (no drinks included), the total was around $29, which felt a little high considering the missing item.
Overall, the food itself wasn’t bad it was actually pretty good and clearly made fresh. But between the price, missing items, and the fact that it’s just not something I usually crave, it’s probably not somewhere I’ll be going back to often.

I was in the area of “Dave’s”with my adult son and some others. He kept suggesting this place, but I don’t like spicy or hot food. He told me there is a “not hot” option so I thought, sure, I”ll give it a try. It’s actually a cool place with good food and a fun vibe. I just wish there was a “healthier” option or two (not fried.) I ordered a “Dave’s Not Chicken (cauliflower)” menu item and was actually surprised with the flavor and the thickness. If you are looking for a different fast food alternative, Dave’s is a good choice.

The food is always on point! It’s fresh, hot and very good! Whether we take out or dine in it is still the same. The staff is also very friendly. The chicken and cheese fries are the best!!!!!!!!

First time having it. Usually places that are hyped up under deliver however I was actually more impressed and I was expecting it to be. Chicken was crispy and juicy. Fry’s were good. Sold by the attendant at the register who was extremely kind and helpful. Highly Recommend.

Soooooooo the staff are very nice, but they kind of don’t explain some things to you. Like…. The fact NO meals include a drink. All drinks are separately priced. And that there is a $5-6 upcharge for vegan/vegetarian alternatives (fried cauliflower instead of fried chicken). I got a $12.99 meal with the cauliflower alternative. Im used to upcharges of a few dollars but I was flabbergasted when i was told that my total was at $20 for one meal, which didn’t include a drink. Then I wait about 20-25 minutes for the order (yes, I expected that I would have to wait a little longer because of my dietary restrictions). Then after the long wait and seeing countless other customers get serviced, I finally get my platter of 2 tiny pieces of bread, 2 small cauliflower fillets, and a handful of fries… For $20! And I wouldn’t mind as much, but I saw the huge difference in portion size of other’s orders and mine. Yes, the food was seasoned well and tasted alright, but it was nothing mind blowing. And the price definitely wasn’t anything to make me go back to this place ever again. I was very underwhelmed and disappointed by this place, especially because i was soooo excited to hear about the vegan/vegetarian option available. Then I get messaged that the store manager will contact me about this disappointing experience…. They did nothing…

I placed my order online and drove about 25 miles to make it to the Lebanon location, which was the closest to my house. The store was about to close, but it seemed pretty clean. Apparently we had gotten the last two chicken sandwiches of the day so whoever came in after that were only able to order chicken nuggets or strips. Also they were out of shake mix, but they were willing to replace it with an icy. were only able to order chicken nuggets or strips. I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but this restaurant truly impressed me. The food was incredibly delicious, reasonably priced, and beautifully presented. The interior is warm and inviting—such a pleasant atmosphere to dine in. The service was also outstanding; the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to everyone.

My first time going here was great! The chicken was definitely hot (spicy) like the name of the place suggests! I would suggest getting one step down in spice from what you’d normally get. So, say you would normally get extra hot, I would recommend getting the hot chicken. I got extra hot and it was good but very spicy. Regardless, it was a filling and enjoyable meal!
