It’s impossible not to enjoy a toasted sandwich from ‘ , and they have plenty of options. My favorite is The Incredible Dave sandwich with chicken, vegetables, herbs and their signature sauce. The customer service is always pleasant and I love the vintage rock band decor posted around the dining area. I love having lunch here a few times a month. Thanks team

Dave would be shaking his head in disappointment with how this store is run. The food is fine but the service is soo bad. No one seems to pick up the phone at peak hours (11:30-1:30) M-Saturday and the prices on various apps are super inflated. Something needs to be done and unfortunately Dave seems to not care about his stores any more. $21.00 for a sub sandwich. You clowns have lost your mind!!!! #davesubscoventry

Literally, one person working counter and register. I ordered my sub at 12:15 and got my order at 1:30. Waited an hour and half to get a one sub. Even though was only one person. He wasn’t moving very fast. Other worker walked in around 1ish. Looked around didn’t do anything to help the other co-worker. And just left. There where 5-6 people ahead of me, waiting as well. Then the only worker tried to charge me for a fountain drink I already paid for. Even if I didn’t pay for a fountain drink. Something should have been offered for waiting an hour and a half. I only get an half hour for lunch. Just ridiculous. Don’t have enough workers, close the doors. And stop taking more orders. I WILL NEVER EAT AT DAVES AGAIN!!! And I’ve spent plenty of money there. The Cleveland heights location.

Dave’s is an amazing local business. Customer service is incredible. Food is delicious. We placed an order yesterday for 100 subs and Dave’s went above and beyond my expectations. The staff of Cedarwood Plaza is very thankful that you were able to accommodate our group order. The Dave’s crew even individually wrapped each sub and bagged/labeled each lunch individually so things were as sanitary and easy to distribute as possible. I highly recommend! We will be returning customers.

customer service was not the best, I believe this particular location was short staffed. I ordered a tuna melt, meatball sub and cornbeef sandwich. The tuna melt and meatball sub was great. the corn beef sandwich was not great. it was dry with no toppings. for the price of $13.99 I would expect my money worth.

I can’t believe we ordered two original subs as wraps… waited TWO HOURS through door dash, and received literally everything but the wrap itself. We literally received everything that goes INSIDE of the wrap….and the receipt LITERALLY says wraps….. I tried calling 5x, no answer. Terrible business.
