The nachos are gross. The cheese is this watery cream instead of a melted cheese and there was barely any of it. The chicken looks like it was heated with a humidor. The drinks were good tho.

We didn’t eat, but just came for the games. There was a good selection of games. My only complaint was, it was very loud. My ears hurt 2 hours after leaving the place. It felt a little bit like being at a rock concert. If I come again, I will make sure and bring earplugs. It might be worth considering lower sound levels during the day when kids are more likely to be there. And then louder later on in the day when it’s more likely to be adults.

We had a fun time at Dave & Buster’s at the mall in Syracuse.
The food was ok, nothing special, but the arcade was definitely the highlight.
There were so many games and it was great to see families and groups of friends all out enjoying themselves. It’s very family-oriented and had a really lively, and very loud, atmosphere.
It was honestly nice to see the place busy and full of people instead of everyone staying home.
If you’re going for the food alone, there are better options, but if you want a fun night out, it’s a great spot.

The atmosphere was amazing. Most places simply cannot compete. Dave & Buster’s treated my family and me incredibly well, and I truly applaud the team there.
Even when we ran into a few minor issues with the games, someone was right there to help and always made it right with extra credits, which the kids absolutely loved.
The food was very satisfying. We started with appetizers, and I really appreciated the timing. Nothing drives me crazier than apps taking forever and then the entrées showing up two minutes later. Everything was paced perfectly before dinner arrived.
Exceptional job by the staff and the manager, I believe his name was Matt or Max. It was a nice touch that he introduced himself and wished us a great night.

This is a review on the food and restaurant experience. Went twice in the last month and it will be the last time. Got seated and it took 20 minutes for our server to get our order. It was busy yes, but taking half an hour to order food is insane. Expecially for the price.
Food was good, but server never returned thoughout the experience. Got 0 refills on our drink. Gf got 1 mixed drink that cost $18 and she said it wasn’t even strong as a double.
Had to get the manager to get us the tab. Only while we were paying did we finally get offered a refill. For the price it cost us, the service needs to improve.
Overall left with a sour taste in our mouths.

Dave and busters is actually a really good arcade. They always have all the latest games. Definitely go on Wednesdays flans get half priced games. The food and the service is hit or miss. I think it depends on the day of the week. Sometimes the food and service is fine, sometimes your burger is raw in the middle.

We celebrated my Son’s birthday here and it was amazing! The staff is very attentive and the food was delicious. Usually in arcade atmospheres you are struggling to find assistance if needed. Not this location. Employees were checking in on us! Great team of employees!

If you love to play games and win prizes, Dave and Busters is for you. The bar area has all of your favorite adult drink options. The food is good. Not spectacular, offers all the solid options you would expect from a chain restaurant. I recommend the burgers or the “all you can eat wings.” The games are very expensive to play some costing 2 dollars per play. But they offer a huge selection of fun games. With a little something for everyone. Tickets won are automatically added to your card and can be redeemed for prizes. Bring the kids, have dinner, and enjoy the games. Overall, I recommend Dave and Busters. Especially for group events and family night out.

I would give my waitress less than one star and the food was not good. It was served to us cold even though the place was packed so I know they had to make it fresh. Our waitress wouldn’t know what table mannor or a smile would be if it smacked her in the face. But the manager that was on last night 1/17/26 she was phenomenal. She made sure we were taken care of. I didn’t get to see her when we left so I hope she sees this. She definitely deserves her job and there needs to be more customer service out there like she serves.
