My first time and it was amazing. Perfect. I had the bar sliders which were scrumptious. The fries they came with were overly seasoned like omg. Buuut I had a delicious drink for that so I guess not bad. But I’ll get something diff next time! Waitress and bartender were amazing!

My husband and I went to have dinner at Dave & Buster’s on a Thursday night it was excellent the food was cooked to perfection! ❤️ I had the bone-in wings, which were cooked to perfection. My husband had the fish and chips, which were also cooked to Perfections. I had a glass of sparkling rose wine . Our waitress was phenomenal. Her name is Alanna!! ❤️ because we went on a Thursday night, the game room was absolutely not crowded, and we were able to play multiple games and did not have to wait in any lines. I absolutely love that also ❤️ Hats off to Alanna for having such a great spirit and taking a picture with me.

We were seated in area, that has no waitresses, after 30 minutes we asked for someone ourselves. We got the cesar salad, which had brown lettuce in it and weird fish like taste. My husband got pasta, with NO mushrooms, because he’s allergic – he still hot few mushrooms in it. The service overall was very good, helpful and friendly, manager also got us different meal for free for the pasta, as well as free dessert since it was our marriage anniversary. I was just kind of disappointed of the food quality as well as the prices.

The atmosphere is exactly what you expect of an arcade.
The food was mediocre. Chicken sandwich came out with a soggy un. If you don’t like soggy butter drenched pretzels, I suggest asking them to hold the Garlic butter, and the fish and chips is not served as pictured (much smaller and fewer pieces). Their fries were pretty delicious though.
The service was okay until it wasn’t. They weren’t busy where they needed our table, not even close. We ordered food, some people continued to order drinks, and others were off playing games. For some reason our server (may have been new?) felt it appropriate to try to get us out of the booth. I don’t know if it’s because she wanted to wrap up her shift or if it was one of her tables and until it’s empty she doesn’t get any new customers… I don’t know if it’s their policy to turn tables in a certain time regardless of business. But it was awkward and uncomfortable. Where it got really off putting was when we said we were waiting for one more person that was almost there. That wasn’t enough – “how long until they get here” any minute. “Like how soon?”
Don’t go here expecting to be able to let kids play while adults converse at the table. They want to flip tables, regardless of how many are open, even if you’re still ordering and spending money.

Service was fantastic, and I’ve got no complaints about the food, but it’s definitely expensive, even for a sports bar. Expect to spend $100+ on a couple drinks, appetizers, and entrees. If you’re just coming for the games and want to save some money, it wouldn’t be the worst idea to grab some food and drinks somewhere else before coming. But if you’re ok with the pricetag, then I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

It was my first time here and I never want to return. We came in and got sat and given our menus but never seen by the wait staff for well over 20 minutes. I watched two groups of people come in after me and immediately get their order taken while we sat there with no acknowledgement. Tables were messy and we watched staff just chatting by the doorway to the kitchen. The food that we watched go past us looked amazing and would have loved to try but if customers are not even acknowledged then we can’t. Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant and had to walk out

The gentleman with the glasses waiting on us was very rude. Maybe he thought little of us and didn’t think we merit good service. After I paid my tab manually I asked foe a receipt and he waved me off like he couldn’t be bothered I waited a few minutes and then I left with the $20 tip that he was going to get even though he was rude and short and rushing with us. When I was walking out the door I made sure to let him know he kept me waiting to give him the $20 tip that he didn’t merit. Had a great time other than that. He was not a good server. Gentleman with glasses heavy set sloppy looking guy. Do better in your hiring process maybe he doesn’t like his job. But the food was good and the games were great other than that. I give it a solid 3 at best.

Walked in the door and there were open tables. We were told there was a 2 hour wait. As we played games, we noticed that the tables were never full over 50% empty all the time. Then, my wife made a point that they were making us play games instead of just sitting down and eating. Sorry, but that’s up to me. If there were open tables we should have been seated. Could have been that they were very under staffed as well. My kids were very hungry, so we decided not to stay long and went to a restaurant instead. Worst service ever!

Walked in and waited. Place is pretty empty. No one was up front. My fiance said it looked like a seat-yourself situation because all the tables had menus and plates on them already. We sat in a booth. No one came over, so we flagged down a server who told us it was not seat-yourself and to go wait back up front. Same server comes up and brings us to a different table. We ask if we can have a booth (there are several open). She says no because people have different sections. We say we just want a booth like where we sat ourselves. She looks annoyed and starts walking away saying she needs to ask her manager. So we just leave. Stupid situation caused by bad service. Enough to not want to try this place again. Will definitely be going to local business Bartari instead.
