First time there with my kids or any Dave n Busters. The food was great, drinks were great. Tried the Peach Mango Belini…on point! My kods enjoyed themselves and out waitresses was soo amazing. Overall a great time. Will recommend and definitely go back.

We love hosting our company events here. They take such great care of us and the food is always so good! We just hosted our Christmas party here last week and Alex and our other server were so awesome. They were on top of getting our drinks and anything we needed. I think Anna was the manager (I’m so sorry I don’t remember everyone’s names) and she was very nice. My kids and employees had a great time playing in the arcade.

We are here in salt lake for a bit due to our baby being in the NICU. Looked for a place to take our kid to get away from the hospital scene for a bit and take our minds off things and this place definitely hit the spot. Games are decently priced and has a lot of fun games. Prizes are hard to get as you need so many tickets but at least the games are fun. Food has stepped up since the last time I was in a Dave and Buster’s (back in 2020 in California). We came on a Friday for dinner and our server was Leif. He is awesome. Amazing customer service, amazing attention to detail and very courteous. We now try to come only Fridays since he’s usually there just because we know he’ll take care of us. Leif is awesome. Food has been great every time we have been there too.

This place was truly a disappointment. I went with a group of friends for our friend’s birthday and ended up getting very little out of this place for the money spent. Firstly, the food was pretty bad. It was cold and the sides were unseasoned. Then, the drinks. Far too expensive, far too weak, far too stingy. I had two mixed drinks with my dinner. Over the duration of four hours, I only had those two drinks. Like any place in Utah, two drinks barely makes you feel warm. The alcohol content was probably the same as Texas Roadhouse, and if you’ve had their drinks you know how weak they are. After eating and playing games for a while, we decided to all do a round of shots. The bar told our group that we were too intoxicated and couldn’t be served. No one in our group was drunk, barely tipsy if that. Genuinely, your better off getting far more intoxicated at a sushi restaurant ordering a small sake, eating some actual good food, and walking to a random arcade, all while spending less money. Truthfully, we had a big group and I think they were being lazy and didn’t want to deal with 10 people. As far as the arcade goes, it’s an arcade. It’s a money drain with no return. In all, I spent $90 for dinner, two drinks, and four games. Most of the time we just talked to each other because there wasn’t much to do. I absolutely understand why we don’t have more of these in Utah, because I can’t imagine a lot of people would want to travel to come here. The fact that they’re located in a mall in SLC probably keeps them afloat. Thankfully, in the end, I can have fun with my friends in a dumpster so it was still a good night. Although, this place definitely was the wrong destination and was like a wet blanket.

My family and I have been longtime Dave & Buster’s customers and visit our home location every other week. It’s always been a great place for our kids to play arcade games while my wife and I sit down and have a couple of drinks.
On February 17, 2026, while visiting Utah, we stopped at the Salt Lake City location. Before sitting down, we spent about $150 on arcade cards for our kids. We clearly told our waitress, Blaize, multiple times that we were not ordering food, we had already eaten and were only there for drinks while the kids played.
After finishing my first 22oz IPA, she offered a second. I agreed. Only after the second drink was delivered and I had already started drinking it did she inform us of a “policy” requiring food if more than one alcoholic drink is served to the same person.
This was never disclosed when we sat down, ordered the first round, or when the second drink was offered. The menus had already been removed after we stated we weren’t eating. We were then told we had to order something small like chips and salsa. At that point, we had no choice but to comply.
The chips and salsa were untouched when we left. The receipt reflects it. Only after my wife addressed the situation did the waitress attempt to discount the bill. Despite everything, we still left a tip.
If this is company policy, it should be clearly communicated upfront, not enforced after drinks are already served. We were paying customers who had already spent $150 that night.
Because of how this was handled, we will not be returning to this location or any Dave & Buster’s again.

This was my first time coming here, it seems as if half the menu is Drinks and such, which is cool, although the food was very average. Our server was amazing out of the whole experience she was the best part. Drink was really good

This place is just SO fun! And honestly not that expensive, all things considered. I played about 8-10 games with $20, including a Dance Dance Revolution knock off, and two rounds of the VR shooter game. The food is fine and very shareable portion sizes. Staff there are super nice. Definitely great for a fun date night, family night, birthday, etc! Rapi was our amazing server and the female manager working was also fabulous!

We have been coming to this location since they opened and have always had a great experience. Not sure what has changed in the last little bit but the service and atmosphere surrounding the staff was definitely off. First, there was a 30 minute wait for dinner which was fine. The food came out pretty quick which was good. The issue was we witnessed about 4 to 6 managers on and not one was helping with seating or clearing tables. There were two of them wiping menus and we never saw one talk to anyone waiting to be seated and instead, they went to find the hostess who was clearing tables. We heard from a couple of servers and the hostess how people had called out and no busser or food runners were scheduled. Lastly we went to pick out prizes and one sign was broken and they did not honor that ticket price. The young man working back there stated when I showed him, how he hated “this” place. We had heard a bar tender walked out on New Year’s Eve as well so clearly the current management is struggling with culture. Hopefully they can turn it back into what it was but it has us thinking we would rather go to Round 1 in Sandy and just eat locally vs driving over an hour and risk the same experience again.

Had a great time last night during fight night. It was pretty busy but our waitress Lou still gave us excellent service. We ordered the wings and enjoyed our cocktails. Will definitely be back and will request the same server again. Love that you guys have every channel to watch!

It was a really fun family time! I had never been before and our server Zayne was so helpful. He definitely guided us to get the best bang for our buck. He was great and also had the best attitude. Definitely glad I sat in his section. And then while you play games, you get to keep your table. I would definitely go back!
