Great place for adults and kids.
I did book a table online with the app so we didn’t have to wait on a table. I don’t think our wait would have been long but with kids, who wants to risk it.
Also atmosphere is top notch if you’re like me and get bored easily. TVs have amazing quality and they have ALL the sports options. Games are hella fun and keep you very occupied. Price is what you make of it.
If you open your eyes that you’re paying for an experience that has a lot to offer (a lot more overhead than most places) you’ll realize the prices are fair. Conner is always amazing. When he is at the bar I never have to worry about hunting him down. He’s there! The GM Kim is on top of it and it shows.
Menu changes have come to D&B and I want to discuss the problem of how the prices keep going up and how the portions keep getting smaller. Let me explain that the chicken slider sandwiches come three to an order and costs 15 dollars. If we deconstruct this simple dish we are paying 15 dollars for 3 kings hawaiian rolls and 3 chicken strips. 5 dollars for one roll with a small chicken strip stuck in the middle.
I added a picture of the Caveman combo which is 25 dollars. 4 ribs, 3 sliders, and fries. What the heck!? How do we break this down, even at 3 dollars per burger, 3 dollars per rib and 4 dollars for the fries? Brutal by any standard!
Games great. Staff is also great. From WIN, to front desk, to servers, to management, I have had great interactions with everyone. The food is the only thing unreasonable. Kpot is down the road with better and unlimited food for 19.99 for weekday lunch. I know that it’s corporate and not our local location making decisions, but how can they expect to compete when chilis has a burger, drink, and chips/salsa combo for 10.99. Tokyo House is close by and 16 for a weekday lunch buffet.
I love D&B, especially this location, but the food prices are nuts for what you get.
From the moment we sat down, our bartender/server Jason had a passive-aggressive, rude attitude. When he brought our water cups, he slammed them on the table so hard water spilled out. When we asked for straws, he tossed them on the table. When we asked for an extra water he forgot, he placed it down so aggressively that it splashed. Everything we asked for felt like it irritated him.
Then came the food issue. We ordered a side of shrimp, and it didn’t match what the menu said. When we calmly pointed it out and asked if he could fix it, instead of simply checking, he argued with us and insisted “that’s just what they gave him.” We literally had to pull up the menu and show him the amount ourselves before he would even consider it — and even then, he still kept arguing instead of just correcting it.
Later, when it was time to pay, Jason dropped off the bill once and walked away. He never returned — not for 20–30 minutes. My husband finally had to go get him just so we could finish paying. When he finally came over, we pointed out that a meal was to be a “Power Play Meal” but did not received the power card for that meal. Again, instead of listening, he argued and insisted the menu didn’t say what we were showing him — even as we had the menu open right in front of him. As we were explaining the issue, he suddenly snatched the bill out of my hand and said “well you didn’t give me a card anyways” and proceeded rudely.
At that point, we decided to leave and deal with the General Manager the next day.
Unfortunately, the manager (also named Jason) came outside and was even worse. Instead of trying to de-escalate anything or even ask what happened, he acted like we were confused customers and only cared about forcing payment. We asked him to review the cameras because the entire situation was on video, and instead of helping, he claimed we “harassed and assaulted” him — which was completely false and said over the phone the next day, I called because we were asking for his assistance and his name for corporate. He refused to give his last name and told us to “look up corporate online.”
Overall, the lack of professionalism, customer service, and basic respect from both Jason the bartender and Jason the manager was unbelievable. We came in ready to pay our bill, enjoy our night, and leave like always, but instead we were met with aggression, arguments, and accusations.
We’ve been regulars here and have had MANY good nights in the past — but this experience was enough to make sure my family and I never return. Corporate has taken our statement, and we’re waiting on their response, but unfortunately this visit left such a negative impact that this location will not see me or my family again. The lack of professionalism from both the server and the GM was unbelievable.
