One of the highlights is its family-friendly atmosphere, making it a great spot for kids. They have a large selection of interactive games that keep little ones entertained while adults enjoy the food and drinks.
When it comes to dining, the options are diverse and satisfying. The watermelon and strawberry margarita is simply delicious, with the perfect balance of sweetness and freshness—an ideal drink to cool down while enjoying the lively atmosphere. Plus, the service is surprisingly fast and efficient, allowing guests to make the most of their time without long waits.
The venue is well-organized, featuring a spacious dining area and a vibrant game section. It’s also a great place to watch sports events, with multiple high-definition screens and an exciting atmosphere for sports fans.
Kids had a blast, there are plenty of game options to keep them busy! The human claw grabber is pretty cool. I do feel like the arcade games don’t give much tickets for the prize options. You’ll spent $70-$100 on games and your kids walk out with a mini plastic frisbee fidget toy. But I guess it’s to be expected anyway.
Tried the food! Nachos Appetizer is good but small. I wouldn’t recommend it for a large party. (We were a party of 7 & it wasn’t enough) I tried the Blackened Chicken Pasta and it was very good. I would recommend that!
The kids menu is very kid-oriented and my children enjoyed their food.
Bar offers a nice variety of adult beverages.
Overall, it’s a fun spot to bring the family on a rainy day or weekend outing.
When it’s not overly crowded, it can be a good time.
That said, the biggest issue for me is accessibility. The main entrance does not seem very handicap friendly. To get inside, you have to go through two sets of doors. The first set are heavy, manual pull doors with no push-button or automatic opener. The second set are sliding doors like you’d see at Walmart, which are fine, but you still can’t reach them without first getting through the manual doors. If you’re in a wheelchair or have limited mobility, that first set of doors could be a real obstacle and feels like an unnecessary barrier.
Inside, the layout is mostly manageable, but the entrance alone leaves a bad first impression from an accessibility standpoint. For a large, modern entertainment venue, this feels like something that should have been addressed.
Overall, Dave & Buster’s is entertaining and has plenty to offer, but the lack of proper handicap-accessible entry knocks it down to three stars for me. Hopefully this is something they improve, because it’s a pretty important detail to overlook.

My husband and I dine here about once a month and have always enjoyed it, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. We sat at the bar, which had only a few guests. We sat directly in front of a bar register. In the 10 minutes we were there, the register was used twice, yet we were never acknowledged.
Two bartenders were chatting at the end of the bar while we waited. Not even a simple “We’ll be with you shortly.” The lack of acknowledgment was surprising—not only to us, but even to the couple sitting across the bar from us.
After waiting 10 minutes, we left and took our business elsewhere- still with no acknowledgment. Judging by other recent reviews, this appears to be an ongoing service issue. If this is how service is when the bar is not full, I can’t imagine how it would be during a busy time.
