Fun activity for family, friends, or date nights. Even if your Significant others beats you repeatedly in dance dance revolution. Overall we had a good time. It server was excellent. The bench seating could use some repair. We would go back. Our daughter is counting down the days

Hosted a party. Booking and coordination before the event went very smoothly and our events coordinator was kind and quick with communication.

The actually service and benefits of booking a party vs just coming as standard guests was extremely underwhelming for all the guest. Essentially paid an admin fee to have a table set aside for a few hours (which was unnecessary cause the dining area was pretty empty on a Saturday night) and to purchase discounted play cards. The included party platter was a sad pile of mediocre wings and our drinks and shots were watered down to the point that we couldn’t taste the alcohol at all.

Majority of staff acted as if it was their first day. Paperwork for the party was overly complicated and drawn out. Had to pay separate bills for the reservation and food; on top of that I had to wait 15min for the staff to show up with those bills and receipts. Their arcade games are overpriced in this day and age.

This is not the Dave & Busters I remember from pre-Covid. I used to enjoy D&B’s food and atmosphere, but I can see why their stock is tanking and investors are pulling out. If you’re planning a party, just show up and play, don’t bother trying to book a formal event; just do a walk-in. Honestly in order for D&B to survive the next few fiscals, they’re going to have to bring a much better customer experience. Right now they’ve got:
– Mediocre food
– Overpriced/broken games
– Junk Prizes
– Watery Cocktails
– Slow staff
– Poorly Incentivized Party Booking

5 Stars – Great Experience All Around!

I had a great time at the Dave & Buster’s in Plymouth Meeting. The place was super clean and well-maintained, which made a great first impression. The food was surprisingly good — fresh, flavorful, and came out hot. The service was friendly and efficient, with staff checking in just enough without being overbearing.

The arcade area is a standout! There’s a huge variety of games for all ages and interests, from classic favorites to newer high-tech options. It’s a fun spot whether you’re there with family, friends, or even on your own. Overall, an awesome experience. I’ll definitely be back!

My sons go to spot! He’s 11 and I offered to bring him here or another fun location not far away. He jumped at coming here and has been running with the card full of points since. Our sever was nice. We got fried pickles, mozzarella sticks, Caesar salad margaritas for me and some crazy cotton candy soda drink for him. We enjoyed the food. It was timely and the server was attentive. We will continue to come back. It’s a blast n tires my son out every time.

Food was okay. We had mozzarella sticks, pretzels, and chicken fingers. Food was okay but not great.
The real review was the service.
Our waitress may or may not have been the problem (at least she said things weren’t her fault. She did seem to be the only waitress any of us saw for the first hour.) She brought us some extra to food to apologize but even so.
We waited 45 minutes for someone to make our drink/food order, another 45+ minutes for our drinks to arrive, then another 20 minutes for food.
Overall, it took us 2.5 hours to eat plus another 20 minutes to get our check. On a Saturday night around 7-10pm with 2/3 of the tables empty. So they weren’t super busy.
Just a terrible experience over all. I will not ever come back and I will definitely recommend to anyone who asks to not come here. It’s just not worth it.

One if not THE WORST dining experiences in my lifetime. The place maybe at 15 people in the entire restaurant when we arrived at 2:20pm on February 16, 2026. We sat 20 minutes before anyone came over to take our drink order. Then it took 10 minutes to get them. Once arrived other than the soft drinks we ordered an old fashion. It looked like backwash in a cup. I asked the server for a new one and she said there was no bartender working so they just made it up.
Well it only gets worse. My wife orders a salad and she is told that they have no salad because of the weekend crowds. So we ordered appetizers and entrees because if it took 30 minutes to get drinks settled you could only imagine. 25 minutes later we get our food. We then ordered a birthday dessert and no lie we waited 40 minutes and nothing was coming out. Remind you, there was only a handful of people there. I have pictures. We just walked out of the eating area and I asked the front desk person can I just pay our bill. At this time our server comes out and said they were taking that long because of the ice cream. I asked to speak to the manager. With a straight face he says I know we didn’t do good by you, sorry.
No, how can I make it up to you, no empathy at all. Just yeah we were bad today but it was because we were busy yesterday. WHAT???
I’M sorry but that is a horrible manager.
1. No one taking drink order for 20 minutes .
2. Making up the drink because no bartender was working.
3. 40 minutes to get desserts which we never recieved.
4. Over 2 hours to dine with only a handful of people there.
5. Not even trying to make it right.

Horrible.
However after all this I still paid the bill in full and tipped 25% , with no desserts and made up drinks.

An embarrassment and pitiful.

We were swinging by for some beer before a show, and they didn’t have bottles, which is fine, but all of our miller lites tasted like the lines weren’t washed properly, the beer was stale, and the co2 tank needs to be changed. Don’t order a beer from this place unless it’s bottled, and I wouldn’t trust the fountain drinks if this is how their beer comes out. Don’t trust anything from a tap or fountain. I wish there was 0 stars so I couldn’t sugar coat how awful this beer was.

Good Evening Google Family. My first time visiting this location of Dave and Buster’s. I have visited the location on Delaware Avenue, but not this location. My great nephew was in town. We decided to visit after we couldn’t visit LegoLand in the Plymouth Meeting Mall since they were not open when they were supposed to be which was 10 am. Google reported it as being open at 10 am. I have not patronized Dave and Buster’s in years so I was not familiar with the format and how to play the games. Michael was. The attendant asked me how long would we be there and I said two hours. I ended up paying $48.00 and Michael received a card to access the games. We visited the rest rooms first and they were clean and neat. Michael always goes with me in the women’s room, since I will not allow a seven year old to go to the bathroom by himself. Michael had a grand time, running around to play all of the games. I took pictures and sent them to Christopher, his dad. He looked so good in his new outfit from Kohl’s running around and playing the various games. Finally Michael used up his points and then we left. He kept asking for sunglasses but I did not purchase any. I had bought enough stuff for him from Kohl’s. Then he wanted a toy so I took him to a toy store. Have a great night Google Family, don’t forget to work out, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!

Lots of broken games, the food was kind of rough. Coleslaw tastes like totally unseasoned and un dressed cabbage shreds and the brisket on the smokehouse burger was super chewy. Desserts were good though and the service was very good. Doesn’t make any sense that DDR was excluded from the 90 min unlimited power card but most games were included so it’s easy enough to forgive.
