Another great Dave & Busters! This place never lets us down! Lots of arcade games including many basketball games, racing games, shooting games, ski ball, dancing, claw machines, air hockey, and so much more! You can keep busy here for hours! They also have lots of pool tables and a whole bowling alley that’s actually very nice! This is an amazing choice for a good enjoyable indoor activity for all ages and all groups all day!

I wanted to give a big shoutout to Dave & Buster’s for the great experience we had. Our server, Kyle, was extremely polite, patient, and very attentive the entire time. He checked in on us frequently, made sure we had everything we needed, and kept a great attitude the whole visit. Service like that really makes a difference.
I also want to recognize the manager, a woman who came by and was just as kind and professional. She was very welcoming and made sure everything was going well, which showed how much they care about their customers’ experience.
Overall, the service was excellent and really made our visit enjoyable. Dave & Buster’s is lucky to have team members like Kyle and their manager representing them so well.

Had a wonderful work event here! In a world where customer service is no longer practiced. I was so happy with the level of service I received! From entry to exit I loved it. I would recommend anyone who has the time and finances to try it. The food is GREAT! The golf games and service was exceptional. Thank you to SABRINA! Our server. She should be applauded. Publicly. Our recent visit was a series of management failures that ended in a nightmare. We waited 15 minutes just for a server to greet us. When she finally started taking our drink order, the manager interrupted, told her she was at the wrong table, and pulled her away immediately without a word to us.
We waited another 15 minutes for a second server. After finally ordering, our appetizers took 30 minutes to arrive. Moments later, a chef brought out entrees that weren’t ours, left one plate at our table, and then the manager had to come back to tell us they’d given us someone else’s food. By the time our actual meal arrived, the kids had waited so long they weren’t even hungry anymore.
To make matters much worse, every child in our group came down with a stomach virus the next day. The level of disorganization we saw in the dining room clearly extends to the kitchen. Between the incompetent management and the health issues, this was an incredibly upsetting experience. We will not be back.”

So I went there on Saturday afternoon. I decided after shopping that I wanted to get a nice lunch. The food was great. The service was excellent. They didn’t have the rice pilot that I originally wanted, but the manager came over and he took the rice away and she substituted it with us with a side that was even better. I will be back. And yes, I do recommend this place, but maybe you should go on a Saturday afternoon when this manager and don’t forget the bartender, she was great too, are working. Thank you

As a mother of a special needs son I love when my kid can go out and live a normal life without worrying if someone is going to make fun of my child. We took a trip to Dave and busters at Franklin mills mall and our Server “Kye” made fun of my son Xavier with down syndrome! My son was trying to order his own food and the server proceeded to laugh at him . I then asked him to please come back as my son was getting very overwhelmed and when he came back he proceeded to laugh. Dave and busters has been ruined for my family!

I want to give a special thanks to Evelina Bodon the AO mgr there. She was very helpful, empathetic and patient with our family. This was our first time at this location and we enjoyed ourselves the atmosphere was nice, we came to celebrate a birthday and when our time was over we didn’t feel rushed but supported by the staff. The absolute worst. Finally get seated an hour after getting there. Another half hour after that at least we finally get a server. And about an hour after that food finally starts showing up but very hit and miss burgers like hockey pucks. Some people never got their order, refills on drinks next to impossible. Manager over multiple times to go over things. Heard about other people there just walking out and leaving the table right next to us had the same exact issues. They need more kitchen and bar staff. Oh and at one point someone decided to crank on the speakers right above our table and there went any conversation ridiculously loud when asked about they acted like it was like that the whole time.
