The service at Dave & Buster’s was very fast and kind. I was helped by a young lady with locs in her hair, and she was extremely professional. She suggested a meal, allowed us to play while waiting on our food, and even gave us to-go cups before our meals arrived. She was very friendly and hospitable, which made the experience even better.
My daughter and I enjoy coming on Wednesdays for the half-off games. It’s always a nice, safe crowd. I ordered the Bacon Burger for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious. The bacon jam with the bacon aioli added just the right sweetness to the savory burger, and the pickle gave it the perfect crunch. I could eat that burger again and again!
My daughter ordered a kids’ pepperoni pizza and loved it—the pepperoni was crisp and flavorful, just how she likes it. The games are always fun, and overall it’s a great place for both adults and kids. We’ll definitely be back!

First, the women who greeted us at the door were exceptionally welcoming! Then we enjoyed lunch at this location and Brandon provided top-tier service. He was attentive, caring, kind and patient. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was pleasant. The music played provided great memories. I also enjoyed seeing the new remodel of the facility. The full wall television was very spectacular.

Single mother comes in with three children, not aloud to go play with them and keep your table. It’s wild! I was chased back to the empty table because I had to watch the food dry out.
Food was mediocre at best.
Service is rushed when first coming in, then nonexistent once you order.

Amazing setup, terrible service…. Host tried to sit us under the screens & acted annoyed when we asked for a table where we could see the games. Waiter was almost never around… Empty drinks, didn’t check on us until we were done eating (person that brought out food fixed the issues), didn’t offer dessert, didn’t do anything for my husband’s birthday (other server’s table did), waited forever for the check then he couldn’t figure out the payment system with a gift card to the point where the manager came over and said there was an “error” but couldn’t use the gift card because it showed the pending charge. Was not apologetic about it. Overall the meal was not a great experience. Had fun playing games & the game attendants were great!

Worst experience of my life. I wasn’t able to purchase a play card on one of the touch screens. It kept declining my debit card multiple times and my credit card didn’t work either. For some reason only my card was the issue, there were several people in line ahead of me and it worked fine for them. I made sure to have money on my card before going in and I used my card right after leaving with no issue. I don’t know what the issue was if it was my card or the reader but I was extremely disappointed and left before I even got the chance to see what this place had to offer. I can’t say that I’d recommend this place to anyone after this experience. I felt like I wasted my time and don’t know if I ever want to give Dave and Busters a second chance. I’d give this review negative stars if possible but 1 is as low as I can go.

Dave & Buster’s is going downhill. I hate to admit it but it’s true. I will almost rather go to a Chuck e cheese’s then this place. You get completely smoked on the price of the food (and adult beverages especially!!!), The price of the games and the supposed prizes are absolutely stratospherically high! The only worthwhile prizes cost a number of tickets that you would have to visit the place for 3 hours a day 5 days a week for 2 months to get! Yes, it’s nice and festive and my children really enjoyed it, but their food made every one of us ill. I’ve never been to a restaurant before with my family of four where that has happened. It really ruined our New Year’s Eve. I don’t recommend going here. I’m sorry. It would be nice to give them a ‘meh’ review but that would be dishonest. It’s worse than that. We had a party of 18 half of whom were children. The bill came and we were shocked to see it was $840. Now, that included two adult beverages per adult and a ticket package per kid around $30 each. I was really on Disneyland in Disney world pretty bad the last couple years, but you can’t even try and go do something like that on the cheap anymore.
