We were visiting from out of town with three teenagers and decided to spend the last night at Dave and busters. Kids had a blast, they played for hours and walked away with some cool prizes using their points. The place was busy not too busy so they did not have to wait for games. It was clean and spacious. The girls at the cash were super helpful and food portions were big. The fact that it was located in the mall was even better and there is plenty of parking outside. I would definitely recommend Dave and busters Nashville.

We had such a great time at Dave & Buster’s in Nashville! We hosted a private event here during Word Conference, and the team went above and beyond to make everything smooth. They accommodated our group easily, provided great catering, and the food was spot-on.
The bowling alley and games made it even more fun — perfect mix of work and play. The staff was super friendly and helpful the entire time. Definitely recommend this location if you’re planning a team outing or large group event!

When me and my wife walked in we have a warm greeting from the staff and the waitress was very nice and friendly and didn’t have to wait to be served and our food came out fast and plus the fun with games and there is bowling here as well but you have to pay extra for that

the bar was pretty calm and quiet, the bowling alley wasnt extremely rowdy, but the arcade area was bustling !
unfortunately, the service for the gift shop was very poor. the area was small, the prizes were overpriced (of course), the workers at the cash register in the gift shop as well as one of the stockers had poor attitudes. the man stocking looked like he was annoyed that someone was “in his way”. it didnt look good on the employees. the cashier lady was better, but she had a flat tone. she couldve been worse, but she needs work on her people skills.
overall: dave and busters is a wonderful experience sober or drunk !

We had such a fantastic experience at Dave & Buster’s! The atmosphere was energetic and fun! There was truly something for everyone. The games were in great condition, with a perfect mix of classics and new interactive options.
Our server Janiya was amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and helpful, especially when it came to explaining the game cards and prize system.

We had such an amazing experience at Dave & Buster’s thanks to Daniel! From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made sure we were having a great time. He checked in on us regularly, made sure our drinks and food were perfect, and went above and beyond to make everything smooth and enjoyable.
It’s rare to come across service that truly stands out, but Daniel absolutely delivered. His positive attitude and professionalism made our visit even more fun. We’ll definitely be coming back — and we hope to have him again!

He made solid recommendations without sounding like he was reading off a script. And when we had a small question about our game cards, he handled it instantly — no attitude, no delay, just solution-oriented professionalism.
