My experience is only with arcade side, we did not eat here on our visits.
My kids love coming here for our family dates. The dark moody atmosphere mixed with the traditional arcade sounds & neon lights adds to the experience. There are so many new games and prize options. We love that everything is functional and well maintained. We saw multiple staff walking the floors to help if needed. My kids and I enjoy the easy to re-charge cards. They make for a faster transaction to play games over the old style tokens. We especially enjoyed the human-crane game, though it was a bit of a sticker-shock of $20 per person. I did think it was worth the price though when they get a big pool float and an amazing experience. The ticket prizes are a lot more pricey for tickets too…. but they each went home with something. The bathrooms were stocked well and clean on the Women’s side, I can’t review for the mens. My kids want to come back again and we had a great time.

It was a fantastic day made the Dave & Buster’s way!! The staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. Our server Justice was sensational. The restrooms and facility was clean. The food was so good, fresh and hot. We drove two hours and it was worth every mile. Kudos to the managers that read these reviews and make changes where needed. Thank you to reviewers that help make choices easy. It was fun and helped our family make good memories! Blessings !!

Great location with plenty of parking! Ordered the fish and chips, overall it was good IF you dipped in the Tatar sauce and garlic aioli. Battered well and fries were seasoned good. For the bad, my wife ordered the chicken nachos with high hopes, but was soon disappointed. The nachos were served with dirty, wilted, brown lettuce and the queso was cold and thick. Asked for a remake without lettuce and this time the ENTIRE dish was cold. Even the chips. Our server got the manager Robert and he was a breath of fresh air. He was empathic, had good active listening skills, and made things right. Definitely should be promoted ahead of his peers! Service was good and atmosphere was inviting. Not as crowded as the Marietta location (which is a good thing). Will definitely return!

Great place for the kids bad service. Put in a reservation for today and when we get here you still have to wait 30-35min for a table which defeats the purpose of a “reservation.” Would have just went to a different place. Food score is an 80 B and asking price is a bit steep even for appetizers, alcoholic drinks are good but shady practices by removing the prices so definitely ask about pricing, other than that good for the kids if you don’t mind the other things.

I’m writing this to express my concern about people bringing guns into this establishment. I saw 2 men with pistols on their hips. I informed management about both. The first man immediately left and put his up, the 2nd man sat and finished his food before he got up to put his in his car. My problem is that they let the second man continue to sit there with his gun, visibly showing in a crowded place with children all around. Service was excellent other than that issue.

I love a good arcade for the kids and adults. My server was Shantae and she was perfect. Great attitude and very attentive. The bartenders name was Jen I believe and she was funny and so cute and little ☺️ They are a dynamic duo together

We drove over a hour to find a closed sign. I checked Facebook and the website before we left to drive 1 hour and 20 minutes to get there. My wife went to the door for a manger to open the door and very rudely tell my wife that he had checked and the closing was on line. We checked sitting in the parking lot it was only posted 45 min before we arrived. You would think a corporation business would have a better way of posting closing instead of waiting 20ish minutes before they open!!!!!!!!! It won’t have been as bad but this was for my son’s 6th birthday. We have never had a problem with the sugarloaf mall Location, don’t go to McDonough

My husband and I have been to this location twice. First time was typical busy family evening so long wait for service and waiting to play games (waiting for others to finish) and the bathroom was disgusting with no hand soap or toilet paper: I was sharing hand sanitizer and wipes out of my purse Second time was a lot slower for a Friday night, we didn’t waste money again on their overpriced bar food and just came to plan games after eating elsewhere. We were able to walk up to any game we wanted as again they’re not that much people in there however the bathroom was yet again disgusting. I’m assuming they do not have someone who is routinely freshening up the bathroom every few hours.

Stopped by on Sunday for lunch to go. Sat at the bar to enjoy a great drink while waiting. The bartender was great and food came out before I finished my drink. Superb! Food was fantastic- love the consistency as i got two of the same items I did the week prior. I love the blackened chicken alfredo & hubby loves the BBQ chicken pizza. I got my free appetizer (from previous receipt review) ….the Philly cheesesteak eggrolls.. they were great. I look forward to trying different items.
