This is a great family fun place. Lots to do an insanely massive amount of games. They’re menu options are plentiful. Drinks are casual and fun. There’s plenty to choose from.

Nice place but definitely could’ve been better. I ordered the steak with a double side of mashed potatoes, only to get informed that they had run out of mashed taters. But the place was dead, almost deserted, so how did they run out??? The steak & burger were good (not great) & so were the fries & cheese sticks. The brussel sprouts & green beans had hardly any seasoning. The waiter was nice & helpful. I think the games were probably the best thing about this place but some of those were overpriced & not worth it. Also the items you get from the tickets earned are excessively overpriced as well. Will we go back, probably. Hopefully with a better experience next time.

I cannot complain at all. It is expensive but if you want to have a great night, it’s worth it. If you’re low on cash, you can eat before you go even though the food there is great! It’s definitely better to eat, drink, and play there if you have the money. Sounds cliché to say that, but it’s true.

We arrived at 9:55pm. It was not very busy and there were multiple servers, managers, etc. It took about 15 minutes to be sat and once we were taken to the table by the manager we waited another 35 minutes before a server even greeted us. We ordered drinks, appetizers and food when she first came to the table. We waited another hour and 15 minutes before we finally flagged down someone and asked for a manager. We sat and waited for a manager to come to us for another 20 minutes. When a manager finally came they sighed and said “What’s going on?” We kindly stated that at this point we had been there for over an hour and a half, with no food or explanation. They said “We’ll see what we can do” and walked away before we could respond. Our server came over to apologize some time later and we told her we really just wanted a manager and it wasn’t an issue with her. She finally brought a manager with her and we told them we didn’t want any food, we just wanted refunded and to go home. After that we continued to wait another 30 minutes (not exaggerating), before our server came up and had us write our info on a paper to be refunded within 3-5 business days. We would have left way earlier had we not each spent 65$ on game cards that we never got to use. I have truly never experienced worse service than this. We did not get an apology from anyone except our poor server who was also having an issue with another table. We also still had to pay for our drinks! We did not leave until well after midnight. No food, no refund, no games, no apology.

The food was good. But the wait for the server was so long i couldve just left watched movie before being served. Though this isnt the servers problem. They had 1 server for the whole restaurant. She did what she could i respect that. But having to wait 30mins after being seated to order food. Food comes out great. Server is so over whelmed she takes longer to come back around each time and takes longer each time around, i waited an hour until i saw her again. I asked another worker there if i could get a to go box, she said yes i can, and totally ignored me all together. Eventually the server came back 1 hrs later so i can ask for a to go box. Jesus i could have gotten up and got it myself. Note the whole restaurant was dead. Management sitting around playing on their phone. Bartender twirling their thumbs. The restaurant can gain customers if the service was faster, and more consistent. The games are fun staff is nice. Dont ignore customer requests and pick up the speed. If the server is overwhelmed help her out manager!

Nothing special about the food or service. I got wings and they were okay. I prefer they fry a little more so they are extra crispy, but they were not. Service good, drinks stayed full, and plenty of napkins!
Going into a place filled with kids, music and games blaring music, you should already be preparing yourself.
All of the kids we saw had a great time! I loved playing the retro games 🙂

It is a fun place for kids and adults. Took my grandson and daughter last weekend and we had 3 generations of fun! I highly recommend getting the 90 minute unlimited games pass because you will spend a lot more in 90 minutes if you don’t. Joel, the guy in the prize area, was very nice and friendly. He really helped make it a very fun experience. It was my first time at a Dave and Busters and I will definitely return!

I don’t play games, and I wouldn’t have gone here if I hadn’t been asked to meet someone for lunch. I just got a salad but the chicken was so good, and everyone else’s food looked so good, I wanted to come back. A friend and I were out shopping, so I suggested here for lunch. We ordered a plate of shareable, wings, mini burgers, and the hotdogs wrapped in a crescent roll with a sweet hot pepper dip. Everything was delish and we want to go back. Service was good, we asked to be seated away from the games, and we loved it.

I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single. I told the our server and then was told they were out of the double.
Wasn’t even gonna tell me. Still charged the same. And the burger was cold like it had been left out. I don’t normally leave a bad review, but this is deserved.
