Ari was our waitress and she was so sweet and patient as we were indecisive on what we were looking to order. She kept our drinks full and always came by and offered assistance. I only took one star off because the plates were dirty, but it was easily fixed and quickly without further incident. The silverware was too, but we ordered finger foods so I didn’t request new ones.

This was my first time going to this place and the experience was not good. We arrived and were told that it would be a 45 minute wait for a table for 3. I looked around and there were a few tables empty. So I said we’ll just go play the games for now. After playing for a while, I went back and put my name on the waiting list. Now it was a 55 minute wait. Ok , cool went and played more games. The bowling machine wasn’t working properly, the basketballs got stuck on the top net covering. The other games were good. Lots of fun on that end of the building. Finally after waiting for over a hour, we got seated. It then took another 10 minutes before my order was taken. Well, the waiter disappeared and came back what seemed like 30 minutes or more. He asked me, had someone taken my order. I said yes, you did. With a confused look on his face, he looked at his pad, and said I don’t see that order, let me go check on that. He came back and asked me what I ordered, then said oh I do remember that. Did he seriously just take my order again? So I had to wait even longer to get my food and drinks. Mind you it was nothing fancy or hard to cook. When I tell you, the buns on that burger were hard as a ROCK and burnt on top of that, believe me, because I took pictures for proof! The wings were overcooked and suspiciously dark in color,I did NOT eat them, no complaints on the fries they were hot and fresh. My daughter returned the uneaten burgers, and they said they would prepare another order. It was late, and my grandson had school the next day, so we got it to go. I didn’t look inside them until I got home. I mean seriously they just literally threw some burnt buns, cheese and dry meat together to form this “creation”. Look at it, and judge for yourself Pictures don’t lie.

This places was great. My husband and I ordered the Blackened Chicken Alfredo and it was delicious. Our waiter was wonderful, helpful and attentive. The place was a little loud but to be expected. The games were fun but I wish there was a few more for adults. We’ll definitely be back.

As past reviews say, Not greeted when arriving, host was not very informative for 1st timers, Jason was the friendliest. We asked for a table but took too long. We left to eat somewhere else more affordable & came back for the games. The games are awesome & we did not find any down. The place is super clean & restrooms as well.

From the outside and when you first walk in, Dave & Buster’s Killeen looks like it’s going to be a big, fun experience. The building feels large and full of potential. But once you get inside, it turns into what a lot of things in Killeen end up being—something that looks like the real thing, but feels like a watered-down version.
They did a decent job filling the space with games, but something about the overall atmosphere just felt… off. Several games were malfunctioning or having issues. Not sure if that’s because the place is new, the machines are buggy, or people are being rough with them, but it definitely took away from the experience.
Another thing worth mentioning: the prize costs were significantly higher than most other arcade-style establishments in the area. It made the reward side of things feel a bit underwhelming for what you get.
The staff was okay, the drinks were priced about the same as everywhere else in Killeen, and the food was pretty “meh”—not bad, but nothing memorable.
Honestly, with other local options like Spare Time or places offering bowling, laser tag, larger arcades, and more overall value, I don’t see myself returning. I understand it’s not a perfectly fair comparison, but in today’s world you either adapt or you fall behind.

Went on 02-28-2025 The food is good the server was fantastic. The issue is the games are not crediting on the cards. The game says received 500 tickets twice, just on one game. Won more or other games. When went to check balance at the gift store they said only received 700 tickets. I played alot of games and know won more than 700 tickets. Run your own tally. Will not return to the killeen Dave & Busters. That is a shady practice.

We took our daughter to Dave & Buster’s as an after-birthday treat, and she had such a fun time. There wasn’t any wait to get in, and the greeters at the front were friendly and welcoming.
Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant throughout our visit. The food was good, my husband and I shared the Barbacoa Quesadilla, and our daughter had the Chicken Bites with fries.
Of course, the games were awesome as always. It was a great way to spend a family afternoon together. We’ll definitely be back!

Had an awesome time at Dave & Buster’s! The games were fun, the atmosphere was energetic, and everything was clean and well organized. Huge shoutout to Monica, our server—she was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her positive attitude really made the experience even better. Great food, great service, and a great time overall. Definitely coming back!
