I’ve worked a ton of food service jobs in my day so my understanding is very large for people. This was the absolute worst service I have ever received in my entire life. Our server was rude to us when we didn’t know what we wanted. I ordered a drink and my families food at the same time. The food came out at a decent time, however I hadn’t gotten my drink yet.
The server blamed the bartender on my drink for taking so long.
Ok… Even if it was you don’t say that to a customer? I see my drink hit the bar HALFWAY through my meal. Me and my family are able to eat our ENTIRE meal before she brings it to us. I grab the manager because of how disappointed I am with the service. The manager only goes and talks to the server. That’s it… doesn’t apologize, nothing was offered. That’s quite literally your job. I would have walked out if I hadn’t spent 80 dollars on a game card.
Nothing was done for the terrible service. I’m honestly so disappointed. No thanks. Not worth the 4 hour drive.

A night out with great food and games. Steaks, burgers, and pizza was on the menu for our visit. All top notch stuff but they need to bring rolls or something for the price you pay. Fun family arcade games offer many different options. Would be nice to redeem tickets for something bigger for how many credits I bought won me very little tickets but we left with happy kids. Overall only going here for an occasion not for the value. Nice place and clean. Good people.

The food was gross. We had 3 people and the food was awful. The gaming was ok. It costs a lot to have fun here but that’s to be expected. Was unhappy with the food (pictured). The tap to play from your phone doesn’t work on half the games. Hard to use.

The new menu isn’t great at all, especially the dessert. They took the best dessert off their menu, the big daddy!! We have tried 3 out of 4 of the desserts and let me tell you DISGUSTING! You wait forever for your food to get out to you and then it isn’t even what you expected it to be. The manager comes to our table and we didn’t request a manager at all, he said I heard you had some problems with some things your ordered. We mentioned everything to him about what we ordered and he said, I’ll take care of that for you, is there anything else I can get for you guys. We told him no and he said just let me know if I can get you anything else. So this whole time he made it seem like he was taking care of the bill because there was a problem with almost everything we ordered. Well that’s not what he meant so his boss comes out and said they will only take off certain items, which that’s not what the other manager had said. The service from our server was great but the service received by the managers wasn’t great and the food was extremely disappointing. We will stick with just playing at D&B until they change up that menu again because it’s not even worth the money.

Zeke and Cary were amazing! Cary was very kind and helpful on the phone -and Zeke was a friendly and humorous waiter. Our wings were a good size, crisp, & juicy -cooked perfectly! We went for all-you-can-eat wings on a Tuesday for $22.99/per person (you also get $10 free play). We highly recommend and will be back!

We went late and enjoyed the $10 for 10 wings, they were made amazing and even with limited staff, we were taken care of in a positive way. We enjoyed alcohol beverages, although I wish we could’ve had more the one I had was made well and strong. There’s a wide variety of games that I enjoyed and a wide variety of prizes to match. I personally enjoyed the axe throwing game. It wasn’t the cheapest experience but they had a bunch of good deals going, it definitely would be worth it for a night out with friends! They also have large TVs are their bar area for those that enjoy watching games over playing them. We will definitely be back soon, we’ve still got plenty of points left.
