Went for the 1st time. It was very warm inside an very loud, as in any arcade kinda reminded me of a casino. The food was good, service was good, although the food took a bit of time to come out, it was a slow time of the day so it wasnt too busy. This is a kids heaven!! Food prices were reasonable too.

The waitresses and other direct staff were great, but the manager on duty said I couldn’t use the Clipp game credits that day that I had purchased online because they are running a different special the particular night I came even though such exclusions were never stated and I didn’t even want the other special. I had only come to try it out because of the Clipp deal. We had already ordered food, so we only ate food and left. I had to come in the next day to claim my game credits. I did and I eventually used them all because I had already spent money on them. I didn’t go back because of this hassle and don’t intend to. It’s just not worth it even though I go by the place all the time.

Definitely need some money to go but it’s great for a family night out or a birthday party! I had a steak, it was done perfectly everything was super good! Waitress was patient with our big family too! I’d definitely go again

This was my 2nd time at this location, and I don’t why I decided to order food here again… Probably because I was starving. The main reason I went was to play the arcades with my fiance, but got some food first. I ordered the wings and asked for well done, but did not get them well done. There was so much loose fat and very little actual meat on the wings, I was unable to truly enjoy it. For dessert, I had the brownie ice cream melt, and I feel like it could be better. The brownies are dry and then a lump of ice cream on top. At least get creative and throw some chocolate syrup around. Its hard to get a server’s attention, and its not because it was packed that day, there were prob about 8 people altogether. I will NOT be eating here again, but will come back to play of course! The games are so much fun!

Its really fun for adults and kids. I just dont like how stragglers are in there, a lot. It creeps me out and makes me have to watch my belongings. It would also be nice since its cold and flu season if they(employees) took ramdon breaks to wipe down the handles of the games with sanitizer to keep germs from spreading.

Way too loud!! I’m not sure there is anywhere inside that doesn’t need nose cancelling headphones. Sitting at the bar I couldn’t hear the people next to me. Couldn’t hear the bartenders ask us what we needed or hear when they were answering our questions. Bartenders were good and prompt. (Jennifer or Jessica and Peter I think) Happy hour specials aren’t worth it. $5 bucks for a tiny plate of nachos when the actual nachos are only $8.99 and it’s a platter and looked like more on them. Fried pickles were great and seemed sized perfectly. The fries were also on the smaller side.

Several games ate points off our cards but were unplayable (hungry hippos: yellow hippo didnt move, virtual snowball game near the air hockey tables never started or dispensed balls, Cyberpunk never started, Aliens VS. Predators the gun on the right wasnt reloading and seemingly had a delay, Ring Toss didn’t dispense rings while timer ran), while several others were noted to be out of service. We spent just about $100 on 3 evenly loaded cards and barely spent an hour playing, while having to yell to speak to to the person standing directly next to you. Heading to Robot City next time!

I went here today and was playing the Marvel card game. The game ran out of cards but one of the staff Noah fixed it quickly and gave me the cards I was owed. I really appreciated his quick response and kind manner. My family had a great time overall and we will visit again when we’re in town.

Please take my money! What do I mean? I mean why can’t you keep the NBA Ice Smash and Win ball game properly functioning? We have probably spent $200 on this game trying to win all thirty teams, but it is CONSTANTLY out of balls, clogged, needing to be reset, and the latest annoyance is that there’s been nothing but Golden State Warriors in there for nearly 3 weeks! SAD!
Ive point out to 5 different techs that if they just tightened a single screw it would fix all the problems. I’ve even offered to fix it.
The hungry hungry hippos game never works either, just spend some time to fix your stuff so you can take our money! Everything else is primo (food, bar service, etc). The table service looks slow, but who cares aren’t you supposed to be playing games anyways? Probably by design…

Really enjoyed my first time here. Alicia was a great server and made the whole experience memorable. One word of advice, if you’re getting drinks ask about the prices before ordering.
