Food was good and games very very cool. But everything was so pricey!!! I had a small cocktail which cost 15.00 and then we did food and game package and it cost over 200 dollars. Also, the tickets you get playing games doesn’t allow you to get much more than a pin.

Thankfully we went during the week. Unfortunately we went on my birthday. The games was fun, the food was great. The situations and some of the employees made it where I will likely never come there again.
We took pictures in the picture booth, and then decided ok it’s time to go let’s see how many tickets we have for the little one of the group. But she ran off, which is my fault. We found her in the area for the ticket prizes, my mom was checking to see how many tickets we had between us when she realized she dropped her phone when we was searching for my daughter. She was telling the lady who was at the register for the prizes and she called it over the radio and we kind of took off looking for this phone because it’s also a wallet, had all the cards and cash in it.
I called over a dozen times and someone finally answered I met with them only to find out the cash was gone but you can’t do anything about cash being missing so it’s just a big middle finger to us. But we go back to the counter where we was figuring out our tickets because they got left there only for someone to have taken them and the person who literally works the counter being oblivious to anything so…. Ton of money on cards that someone else ended up with on top of lost cash… This isn’t the place for me. Though with all fairness it might be a place for you. But I don’t want to be around people like this.
Head in the clouds along with literal thieves, I’m not interested. It taught me some lessons. Things could have been worse, just a crap timing considering it was my birthday.

Fun place for family time. The human crane was very exciting and fun for my son. THE HUMAN CRANE allows one person to be attached to the crane machine with the help of staff and lifts you up in the air and allows you to grab as many gigantic plastic animals you can grab but your only allowed to keep one. Also, the ticket prices have went up so if you dont mind not playing VR, or standard crane machines then go with the unlimited game play, it will have you money and 90 min is good enough for smaller children. I didnt have no food but honestly it smelled delicious in there I could tell what someone ordered without even seeing the food (Buffalo boneless wings) overall, staff was friendly , games were fun and we had a great time.

I had a pretty good experience overall, the food was basic but not bad. They seem to be trying to hard with their menu updates adding more than what’s needed in their salad. The floor at my table was dirty as well as sticky. However the staff was very pleasant, expecially the waitress Sydney whom gave superb service! Even the manager came by to check in our experience. They have upgraded televisions and the quantity to display all football games at one time. They have the games as usual, and spacious areas for parties and events. There are also officers onsite for security purposes. I would definitely return to enjoy the sports atmosphere. Keep up the good work.

Bri was a great waitress. She was friendly, attentive, and she had helpful suggestions and descriptions of the food. On Saturday, the online reservation worked as it should. Great first time experience for my 13 year old son who has outgrown Chuck E Cheese. Only a game or two that needed rebooting, We’ll be back.

The games are fun but some are broke. The food is not good especially for the price. There was vomit on the floor in the bathroom the 2 times I went in there so I guess for a while. The baby changing table was broken and dirty. My son hit the 1000 tickets so that was a plus!

3 stars for the food because they have me n old menu with new prices. Drinks were superb. 4 got my waiter name but he’s the best. No alot of games n the ones they have malfunction along but overall we had a great time. 1st time in Jacksonville. Check the videos!!!

I ordered these quesadilla and as you can see from the picture it barely has meat it has no cheese. The presentation and look of the food does not match the description. Below is the description and you can also see a picture of how it supposed to look in the picture I posted.
