I visited this location recently and it’s seemed as if the staff was unsure of how to perform the services. I stood patiently in a line for a minimum of 40 mins that never moved until the person in-front of me hopped the line to the hostess to get clarity on the delay. The restaurant simply was not seating people despite having tables and staff. And I massive growing line. They finally get to me I’m alone, my family is off playing games. The waiter older white male no hello, “what do you want” I place my order and he comes back with a drink 20 mins later. His hands and nails were so gross it made me inspect my cup. My drink had oil sitting in the top of the beverage. I waited for him to return to cancel the order he never came back. I asked the hostess for a manager. That took easily 30 mins. The manager black female maybe late 20’- early 30’s comes over and just stands there again “no hello, I’m the manger, how can I help”? So I inquire tell her what happened and she just stares at me. The waiter comes over and is trying to listen to the conversation despite being M.I.A for at least 50 mins. I simply share that I would like to cancel the order. I can’t trust that my food is being prepared in clean conditions. She said ok. Stands there and then I grab my stuff. 4 mins goes by she says “can I get you anything” I said eh no thanks, just wanted you to know. She said “I’ll talk to the kitchen. How about a game card?” I accept. She stands there and I ask are going to get it, is there somewhere I’m suppose to go. She says” I’m waiting for you to follow me.” Despite never moving her feet. So my suggestion would be not to eat here. The games were fun my 5 year old had a blast but it’s possible they have limited staff and little to no training.
I do want to clarify I do not believe the waiter did anything to my drink. I just believe the restaurant doesn’t follow safe practices. Hand washing, proper food storage, cleanliness. The experience made me nervous of food poisoning.

Everything was good except for the bartender service. It wasnt busy at all but it took 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order at the bar and when she did..well, she didnt appear too thrilled, her personality was somewhat nonchalant. You just expect better service especially when it’s your first time visiting. That type of crap really bothers me..lol, Besides that everything else was great, The drinks, food and atmosphere!

Sat at the bar and got absolutely ignored..the bartender seemed to only help one side …we ended up leaving without ordering. Prizes are over priced basically spent 75 for 3 pieces of candy and a sticker…human claw prizes need to be smaller or smaller options who can fit a giant donut or 4ft banana in their car? Games are fun however the axe throwing games the axes do bounce back so be careful

My honest opinion of today’s visit. The absolute worst. Had a group for a get together. Food was cold due to sitting in the back, the service was nothing to speak of, and the management (Kevin) was completely rude when trying handle business . Snatching food off the table when trying to explain. Worst experience ever. As much as I bring kids here for fun. I won’t be coming back to this place. Save your money and play games, if that.

Giving a huge shoutout to two very hard workers at this location- Michelle and Chris. Michelle is one of the most hardworking and best bartenders who goes out of her way to make her guests feel special. My friends got the chicken parm and Cajun pasta and she asked the kitchen to please make sure the pasta had plenty of seasoning. This looks increíble! We took it home because it was a lot of food.
Chris is the other Server who has been there for many years and he always gives amazing serving to his guests! He knows the place in and out to help with anything. You rock Chris!!
If you go to the bar, make sure you see Michelle. If you get a table, ask for Chris’ section.

We celebrated a birthday party at the bowling lanes and it was tons of fun. The service was great, the food was great and the DJ made the atmosphere feel like a nightclub. My entire group enjoyed themselves and would like to shout out the dj and D&B staff for such a great time. We will definitely be back again to celebrate.

I waited 20 minutes at the bar to order a beer, and the woman rudely ignored me completely. When I finally asked her to please serve me, she rudely replied that she was very busy and couldn’t right now. They should hire more staff or transfer her to another area; she’s very rude! One less customer.

I wanted so bad to leave a decent review for this location but I simply can’t. I love that they have the $10 wing deal on nights that football is on but that’s about the best thing they have going.
EVERY TIME I come here, no matter what I order, my food is COLD! I’m not sure who’s in the kitchen or what they’re doing but if you don’t order something they’ll have to cook, it’s going to be cold. My fries are NEVER hot. They were only ever hot when I asked the bartender to put in a request to make sure they were hot. That time, they barely made the cut, but they were better than the other times I’ve ordered fries. Tonight, I ordered nachos & EVERYTHING was cold. Super disappointing. I just want to get HOT food when I come and spend my money. Literally the only thing that comes out hot when ordered is the chicken wings, thank goodness. I normally get a burger and more often than not, it’s cold. Also, tonight they have NOTHING available. I ordered nachos and wanted to sub the chicken for ground beef and they didn’t have ground beef. I tried to order a mocktail from the menu and the bartender (1.) didn’t know what I was talking about (she had to read the menu) & (2.) told me they didn’t have one of the ingredients.
This is the closest location to my house but I’m going to start driving out further because this location is not good. The only reason I gave them two stars is for my bartender who serves me on Thursday’s (when I do come). I can’t remember his name right now, but he’s AWESOME! The women bartenders are normally lacking in service and it’s very upsetting. Please Arundel Mills, do better!
