Best Dave & Busters experience EVER! Even on a busy Saturday on a holiday weekend the staff was so friendly and service was faster than expected! Food is a little expensive – but portions are healthy and food is delicious. Every game we played worked. We stayed about 4 hours and were able to play anything we wanted. The customer service desk was crowded, but the line moved very fast and the staff was extremely friendly. They were so helpful! They swapped out old Dave & Buster’s cards from 2011 and transferred them to the new cards free of charge. The bartenders were fast and friendly. We have been to this D&B several times and we are excited to return! Very family friendly and clean.

Great facility and array of games for a great family night out. Tasty and reasonable menu and proficient service. Tends to be crowded in viewing areas when local teams are playing, so check the schedule – nonetheless, never had to wait long for a table or to play a particular game. Burning Godzilla, acquired as a prize, is now my Spirit Animal.

Excellent experience. Was here a few years ago and it was a poor experience but this time was great. Staff was personable and attentive, food was expensive but very flavorful. Needs more air conditioning in the game area but lots of good working games and such a blast! Can’t wait to come back!

This was our second time coming here. The restaurant and arcade are very clean. Their games are great. The food is amazing. Both times we’ve eaten there it takes nearly an hour to get our food. The first time we sat and sat and sat in a completely empty restaurant at around lunch time.
This time we had a reservation at 3:30p. We didn’t end up getting our food until 4:20p. It was pretty busy so we get it. We just relaxed with our sodas and chatted. The issue is that the waitress barely checked in on us or even gave the appearance of providing status updates. When we went to order she informed us that the $27 game card option would “only get us 4 or 5 games each.” Which isn’t true. I understand she was trying to upsell us to a new card tier but that’s not the way to do it.
Our food was then dropped off 45 mins later with no silverware. My wife had to get up and ask the bartender if we could have utensils. When we went to pay my wife had to nearly track the waitress down so we could pay before we hit hour 2 of sitting there.
Again we get it. It was super busy there. Overall we had a great time and will be back. We also love their app! I just think that their restaurant experience may need a little work.

We had a great time!!!! Everyone was so nice. Our waitress was attentive and professional. We had a fantastic time. All went great!!! My brother came from Montreal and was very impressed. Best family gathering.

We’ve been here several times now and the place serves consistently good food and is always a fun time. Tonight we had John for our server…very attentive and polite.
But tonight we also met Chris. I’m not sure if he is management or the tech person for the gains. But he absolutely made my son‘s night. My son is going to be talking about this night for months. What a great employee that you guys are lucky to have.
