Reviews
As for the games, my kid enjoyed it but we wish that they had lots more varieties. We stayed for about an hour.
– Spicy smash burger: the portion was generous. The aioli sauce was good and the jalapeño pieces gave a good heat. The fries were delicious: crispy & well seasoned.
– Kids pepperoni pizza: perfect portion & price for small kids. The crust was soft and chewy but it tasted a bit too salty.
Card readers react instantly, and the food options are actually delicious.
Great atmosphere and location as well.
It’s a bit pricier, but you get what you pay for. 5 stars without a doubt!
After eating we went and played the games. The manager was kind enough to boast up our playing card so my oldest could play longer free of charge.
The staff were really friendly which made the experience more enjoyable for my kids.
The games are little pricey but I would estimate a 100 point card could get one person about 30 minutes of gaming (depending on the type of games played and how long they take)
The prizes take a lot of tickers but you also get a lot of tickets in each game. My oldest ended up with Knick knack prizes but if you save up over time you could get some better prizes in the long run.
It is loud with the games and TV’s but it was not overwhelming or excessive, just what you would expect of an arcade/bar/restaurant. The food was okay but the wing deal was a good price.
It was a good experience made great by the staff and my oldest is excited to go again sometime.
We went on a Friday evening, and we’re pleasantly surprised in the short wait times for food and games.
Lots of parking and multiple entrances. One entrance is more game play only and the other entrance is the restaurant portion.
The fried pickles and watermelon margarita were life. I wanted to eat, love, pray with those custom watermelon ice cubes. The ice cubes were like mini popsicles.
My friend enjoyed his salad and his soda/water cup was always filled.
The over all feel was industrial. Maybe we went on a down time but I was a okay with that!
Server was nice and helpful. She did disappear a little bit though and we wanted another appetizer.
Bathrooms were clean.
Vegan/Vegetarians *hits buzzer of rejection. Disliked the minimal if not un, creative veggie options.
The deals for points to play games will pull you in! *warning fee to activate play card
You could spend a lot of money on games. Prize selection not half bad.
Definitely will go back.
5 out of 5
I recommend
Johnathan our waiter he was amazing!!!! Really amazing human being. Please be like that honey!! Like my sister said lol.
Food was really good. A little more seasoning with my burger and it would have been 5 out of 5.
The wings all you can eat it was good too recommend.
The games amazing! Keep it up. Just make sure you are to update the gadgets like the virtual glasses. They need to be cleaned.
Bathrooms they were ok but not horrible. And the place is big and lots of games to play. Hopefully more virtual games to play.
Around 5pm more people were coming in and it got more busy which it was cool.
The place it was well kept and the tables cleaned.
I recommend it for sure.
Cannot wait to go back.
My experience at Dave & Buster’s in Folsom was fantastic! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the service provided by bartender Mark Deal was exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our visit was enjoyable. The drinks were expertly crafted and delivered with a smile. The entire staff was accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our time there. I highly recommend visiting this location for a fun-filled evening with excellent service! Review by Around Town With STONEY STONE
My family and I waited over 30 minutes without any service. When someone finally came to our table, they still took a considerable amount of time just to clean it before actually taking our order.
Throughout this entire time, staff members walked past us multiple times and completely ignored us. The overall feeling was one of total disregard for the customer.
The atmosphere, which used to be a positive point, was completely overshadowed by disorganized and indifferent service. This was my only day off, and I stayed solely to avoid ruining my children’s evening — which, frankly, should never be a situation a customer is put in.
It’s unfortunate to see a place with so much potential fail at such a basic level: respect and attention to the customer.
