My family and I went on Saturday. The service was nice. The food was very basic for the price. I did enjoy the fried pickles they were cooked perfectly. Boneless wings were not the best. The games were fun. I would recommend for the games. Next time I will definitely eat before I come.

I came in fully understanding it was Christmas, I was trying to dine in I just wanted to grab a nice bite to eat for my sisters . One had just got off work and I wanted her to have something nice . As we’re walking in we make eye contact with an lady with curly hair behind the bar we sit down because usually bars are first come first serve as a bartender myself I fully understand wanting to be home for the holidays but how we were treated was unfair and unacceptable. No one came to greet us even tho we had mad eye contact with several employees including a manager. We sat there and waited for about 10 to 15 mins mind you there is no one else at the bar nor at the tables we are the only ones sitting down. There was no host , no bartender no server to talk to so we could get an explanation on what’s going on I was thinking maybe their closing soon so that’s the problem. So we’re finally greeted by a man with long hair he takes a drink order apologize for not “seeing” us and then leaves . We never see him again. Someone else comes and takes our food order , and it’s the same lady we made eye contact with previously as we were first walking in . We were going to dine in the energy that was being put off it was almost as if they didn’t want us there, so we decided to take it to go . She taking our order and she starts talking to someone else as were trying to order , even then I still just wanted to get our food . We don’t usually come here and when we have I’ve never had an experience like this we typically like the food . It’s standard restaurant food. But the service was awful I won’t spend another penny in that place . We were planning to tip whatever our bill was to share some holiday cheer but I didn’t even tip because I’ve had bad service but nothing like this .

We always have such a great time when we got to Dave and Busters. The atmosphere is amazing and so is the staff! Heather always makes sure to go above and beyond for us! We love her so much and always ask for her when we go! She goes out of her way to make sure we are taken care of. Cannot say enough good things about Heather!

Always have a good time there. All the employees are great but one server named Heather stands out. She’s very attentive, friendly and seems to really enjoy her job. We actually ask for whenever eat there. The games are fun too.

My partner and I visited this establishment looking forward to a relaxed evening after work. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by repeated and unnecessary questioning from our server.
After we ordered appetizers, I clearly stated that we were not ready to order our main course and preferred to wait. Despite communicating this more than once, the server continued to return and press the issue. We were then asked if “everything was alright,” even though there had been no complaint or indication of a problem.
The situation escalated further when a manager was brought over for what appeared to be a welfare-style check. This felt unwarranted and uncomfortable, especially considering we had simply chosen to take our time ordering.
What should have been a calm and enjoyable visit turned into an awkward and tense experience. I value attentive service, but there is a difference between attentiveness and repeatedly questioning guests after they have given clear answers.
I hope management reviews this situation and provides additional guidance to staff on respecting guests’ pacing and responses. Customer comfort should not be compromised by unnecessary assumptions.

We love this location mostly because of the server Heather, she provides exceptional service and does so with flair. She knows our orders by heart and always makes sure we have drink refills. She sets the bar very high for what quality service should be!

The chicken tenders were dry. Really dry. I’d go at a much later hour than 9pm to avoid large masses of children. I wish Dave and busters would do what round1 does and has adult only hours after 9-10pm. Most of the games worked though, so that was nice
