Let me tell you I have never been to such a Huge Dave n Busters ever. As I understand they remodeled it 10 years ago and it looks awesome. There’s a Large arcade for the kids, two large bars with any drink you want, several meeting rooms available for conferences, Large Big Screen Televisions and a Large menu filled with delicious meal choices. I had the Parmesan Chicken with linguine and house made Alfredo sauce. There’s something for everyone.

Went to Dave and Busters to just have a calm night there with some friends and as getting and sitting down at the bar and it seemed we were already getting bad looks from the bar staff, but not thinking to much of it and then try to open a tab and tell us that they need to hold our cards in a cup which was strange to us because we have been to other locations and this has never happened before and then our bartender comes and serves us (Paulie) had the worst attitude towards my friends that were there just trying to drink and when asked if we could get another he tells me friend I’ve already been over there like 4 times which wasn’t true and if it was we obviously weren’t ready for another drink, I just don’t understand why this needs to be like this, the management did not hear us out at all and pretty much threaten to kick us out when the bartender (Paulie) was rude and disrespectful from the beginning it seemed that he was taking his emotions out on our group…. Not sure if this is a normal thing here but I will definitely will not be coming back again something needs to change with Management and the staff getting away with terrible attitude toward customers that are spending good money with you guys, Thank you for the incredible night Dave and Busters

Go to Irvine where the service is better and the waitresses aren’t trying to do a once over on you. I got a free dinner for 4 which covers $100 food which includes dessert and non alcoholic drinks. Not only did the try to charge me for my drinks but they also tried to charge me for dessert and then the manager who is completely rude and mouthy didn’t even care what I was going to ask or try to explain especially since I talked to a customer rep before coming to d&b to ask about my promotion and what it covers. Talk about completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t want this guy around me let alone if my kids had been there go somewhere else go to Irvine you’ll have a much better time with much better employees.

Don’t waste your time coming to this place. 2 light beers in and was told our group was cut off. Apparently the bartender, white female, looked bothered to even be at work decided that our group was “annoying and loud”. I personally think it was due to other reasons. When asked to speak to manager, he couldn’t provide a good enough reason other than their bartender felt we should be cut off due to being “rowdy”. Our group was never loud or disrespectful. If anything we were tipping high and even bought their stupid pictures they take. Went to the game bar and those bartenders were told by the other employees to also cut us off. No reason at all. Security standing by like if we were doing something wrong. Only thing we did was spend money. After 4 hours and only 2 drinks, to be treated like this ruined our gathering. I think the initial bartender had a problem serving a bunch of Latinos. There is no other reason for her treating us that way. Don’t waste your time coming to this place. And train your employees better and maybe don’t keep people around who clearly hate their job. Management is worthless too. 2 additional people arrived to join our group towards the end and were told they couldn’t purchase beer when they hadn’t even been there the entire time. Talk about customer service. And fire that blonde white bartender who clearly hates her job.

Expensive for simple entertainment for my granddaughters. Super expensise basic food and drinks full of ice with no refill. Attendant could not figure out change of $103 – 63. SLow service and dirty utensil. Yuk.
