Ordered for the 1st time. Pizza arrived cold. When I called to complain I was told that the delivery before me didn’t answer their phone so it took longer. Would like a follow up with a manager in which I was refused when I originally called. However on a positive note the delivery driver was great. Very nice and outgoing.

Food was nasty! We ordered ahead 30 min as we were bringing food to my sick family at the hospital and wow what crap service no one in sight no greeting! Arrived 30 min later and no food ready order wrong, got 3 hot sandwiches and garlic toast BURNT, no meat but a sliver. I eat here every once in awhile but won’t be back for a while if ever. Check your order and they should work on customer service and quality

Hey if you have not sought out a Davanis in a while go here!! The Manager Zack, this guy is just amazing. I order for delivery all the time. One time before Xmas my food was all messed up. I did not complain, it was Xmas and I was feeling joyful and giving. Fast forward to today. Feeling just down, and finances have hit me to the ground. I pulled up to my davanis and told Zack what happened,(I still had photos) explained how sorry I was for not mentioning sooner and without questio. He remade my sandwich and here is the real KICKER. THE STORE IS CLOSED. I CANT BELIEVE THIS ANGEL TONIGHT. Thank you Zack and your team as always just amazing. Side note. Don’t just show up and lie for food. I have been ordering g from here since I moved to this area. It is really just a great team of humans!!! Team Zack all the way

12/27/25 One or some of the toppings were stale on the veggie pizza we ordered yesterday— not sure if it was the canned mushrooms or black olives or oil that went rancid, but didn’t taste right. Never had a bad pizza from a Davanni’s before, so maybe just an unlucky fluke this time around. Figured I’d mention it in the event some toppings need to be tossed etc.

Made a delivery order, and not only for the price but the service, quickness, quality, and overall taste… This was AMAZING!! Coming from Duluth / Cotton, MN., it was delicious!! They were very fast in delivery it was still so very hot and it was perfectly done even considering it was a split pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese on one side, and black olives, mushrooms, and onions on the other!! Great job and keep it up!!

Whoa davanni’s has some amazing Pizza. I’ve been here a few times before but today I managed to stop and get a pizza and I grabbed the five meat pizza for takeout. This is the only location in Minneapolis very nice customer service they also have an upstairs sitting area where you can enjoy your meal. Don’t forget to grab napkins!!!! … ☀️

I love Davanni’s, so I’m really sad to write this review. I can’t in good faith rate it any higher, especially because of the health standards at this location. On my second visit, I actually saw a rat inside the restaurant. That was really disgusting and honestly concerning. Don’t know if I’ll ever go back.

My husband had order for dinner but the food was not made right so he called back to speak with a manger the manger was so wonderful about her tone how she handle it was the best customer services i had seen came a cross in a long time we need more manger like this manger ️
