First time coming here, and these are the best oxtail patties you’re going to find in the city. 10/10 wood recommend. Customer service was phenomenal. It really feels like a family when you’re in there. I wish I was standing in the city longer so I can come back.

Fast service with a warm smile and felt like I was home. Absolutely amazing spot. The owner’s mother is so sweet and kind. I am a foodie and I waited a long time to try this spot, and it was absolutely worth the wait!!!!!! I tried the curry chicken Mac patty. The spicyness and flavor were spot on. It was perfectly seasoned as well. (Spice and seasoning are different things and everything was balanced perfectly). Will 110% come back. I would give this place 6 stars if it were possible.

The atmosphere was nice..The beef pattie was filling, however the contents within the patti were lacking. Explain to me how loose elbows of macaroni are falling out of the patti? Oh because their not attached to cheese!? LoL
That’s what happens when you’re Caribbean, and Mac & cheese isn’t your specialty.Its used as a filler when you don’t use enough cheese or don’t put enough oxtails in the sandwich ..for $19 that’s a sham. I ate it while lacking of ingredients, I didn’t enjoy it.
this has taught me that I can go buy a beef pattie with Jamaican Coco bread, ( that definitely wasn’t that) for about $6 cash from any pizza or chicken spots, go buy oxtail and real macaroni with cheese from a per lbs place and for the money I spent buying 3 , I can make 5 real packed beef patties with oxtails for far less than what I paid for 3 at this spot. .. So, I would like to thank them for the experience and I will make my own .
Even my wife who is Japanese , said “it’s ok but where’s the oxtails and why isn’t there cheese binding with macaroni”. I just looked at her and said , ” what do you want me to do? Would like some green Lolita’s hot sauce? It taste better that way”

We visited at around 3pm on Sunday 11/23. The Mac patty with oxtail was delicious but didn’t blow us away. The curry chicken entrée was disappointing. The side of veggies was missing and the rice & peas was unfortunately way too salty. I understand most restaurants “push the salt” but the saltiness made the rice inedible.
There were glowing reviews about how good the vibes are inside — I think it must largely depend on who is working.

The shop is a little small but has a few seats and tables if you wanna eat there. Josh’s mom served me and was very nice and sweet. My personal favorite is the Drake and the OG Mac is a very close 2nd.

Oxtaildatmac instead of Mac and cheese it is stuffed with rice and peas, chef’s kiss. Also the owner was working, and he was kind and the customer service was superb!

The customer service here is absolutely top-tier! The woman who helped me was so kind, warm, and accommodating, and she made me feel so welcome. The food is incredible, ten out of ten, I wish I could give it a thousand out of ten!

Went in the store on a whim after realizing they opened one in the lower east side of the city. Bobby whose family owns the business was amazing he had a great vibe and was nice. We tried the ox tail mac and cheese patty with the coco bread and it did not disappoint. It was freshly made, and super filling so if you don’t eat a lot you could probably split one with someone else. We also ordered some fried Oreos and they were freshly made and amazing with the raspberry sauce and not overly sweet. Definitely will be going back to try the curry goat.
