Ordered two roast beef poboys, a shrimp poboy with no tomato, a st charles burger, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. The shrimp poboy had extremely hard and stale bread, still had tomatoes on it, the roast beef is the premade meat out of a bag, bread was also stale, the st charles burger was just a regular burger without any of the special dressings, sweet fries were soggy and cold, and i was specifically asked if i wanted a side of onion rings or an appetizer size, and it was a lousy half full of small, soggy onion rings in a takeout box. Don’t waste your time or money.

I hadn’t been in this place in years. Thought it was still closed. The St. Charles Burger was so delicious and sweet potato fries were the best I have eaten. My husband enjoyed Dat Burger and the boudin eggrolls. I suggest you run, not walk to this place. The young lady at the counter was sweet and patient as I ordered. We will be sharing Dat Grill with everyone. Kudos to the cook. Excellent job!!!![

My husband and I walked in and were not greeted at all. Two people continued speaking to each other, laughing and joking, but never spoke to us. After a few minutes (2:45), the young lady finally said order when you’re ready. My husband and I just turned around and left. The spot smelled old, dank, and funky, the prices were steep for the order portion, and the service sucked!

Good lord! Was this burger amazing! Give Dot’s a run for their money. Open till 11pm no less. We came in about 9:20pm. Ordered. Food came out pipping hot! Fries were on point! Staff was super nice. Will certainly be back

They have enough time to laugh and joke but can not focus on doing their jobs especially when I was the only customer there
